EG / EK Civic, DC Integra & Del Sol B-Series OEM Filter Feed & Return Fuel Line Kit (Level 2)
The JBtuned Level 2 B-Series Fuel System upgrades both the engine-bay fuel feed and return while retaining the vehicle's OEM Honda firewall-mounted fuel filter and factory chassis fuel lines.
Level 2 fills the gap between a simple filter-to-rail feed-line upgrade and the more extensive Level 3 tucked or Level 4 complete fuel-system configurations.
This is Level 2 in the JBtuned B-Series fuel-system lineup: “I want feed & return.”

What Level 2 Changes
Honda B-Series engines already use a return-style fuel system, so the purpose of Level 2 is different from converting a returnless system to return-style operation.
The JBtuned B-Series Level 2 kit upgrades the existing engine-bay feed and return plumbing while continuing to use the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and original chassis feed and return hard lines.
This provides a more complete engine-bay fuel-line upgrade than Level 1 without requiring removal of the OEM filter or replacement of the chassis fuel plumbing.
Retains the OEM Honda Firewall Fuel Filter
Level 2 keeps the factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter in the fuel-system layout.
The factory chassis feed continues to supply the OEM filter, while the JBtuned engine-bay plumbing connects the filter to the B-Series fuel rail and upgrades the return-side plumbing between the engine-bay fuel system and the factory chassis return.
If you want to remove the OEM firewall filter entirely and move to a compact inline filter, Level 3 is the more appropriate configuration.
Retains the Factory Chassis Fuel Lines
Level 2 does not replace the factory under-car fuel plumbing.
The vehicle's original chassis feed and return hard lines remain in service and connect to the upgraded JBtuned engine-bay fuel system.
This keeps the installation focused on the engine bay while preserving a future upgrade path if you later decide to replace the remaining chassis plumbing.
Factory & Aftermarket B-Series Configurations
JBtuned is developing Level 2 to support multiple B-Series fuel-rail and fuel-pressure-regulator configurations.
Planned configurations include:
- Compatible factory Honda B-Series fuel rails
- Compatible aftermarket B-Series fuel rails
- Compatible factory-style rail-mounted fuel pressure regulators
- Compatible aftermarket fuel-pressure-regulator arrangements
Fuel-rail and regulator combinations use different feed and return connections, so the final kit configuration will depend on the components installed on the vehicle.
Final supported options will be published before the product becomes available.
Return-Side Configuration Is Being Finalized
The return side of the B-Series Level 2 system will not necessarily use the same connection or hose configuration with every fuel rail and regulator combination.
The factory Honda B-Series regulator uses a relatively small return connection, while aftermarket regulator arrangements may provide different connection options.
Rather than publishing a universal return-line specification before the supported configurations have been finalized, JBtuned is matching the return side to the rail and regulator arrangements the production kit will support.
Final return-side sizing and connection specifications will be published before this kit becomes available for purchase.
250 Series - Pump Gasoline
The B-Series Level 2 system is being developed around JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core braided fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
For builds intended for continuous E85, ethanol-based fuels or other applications requiring broader fuel compatibility, choose an appropriate JBtuned complete fuel system using 350 Series PTFE hose.

Coming From Level 1?
If you currently only need the feed connection between the OEM firewall filter and B-Series fuel rail, start with the JBtuned B-Series Level 1 OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line.
Level 1 upgrades only the filter-to-rail fuel feed while retaining the existing return-side plumbing.
Level 2 goes a step further by upgrading the engine-bay feed and return together.
Want a Cleaner Tucked Fuel System?
If you want to remove the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and move to a cleaner tucked engine-bay layout, choose the JBtuned B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit with Inline Filter (Level 3).
Level 3 retains the factory chassis feed and return lines but removes the large OEM firewall filter, adds a compact inline filter and uses a cleaner engine-bay feed-and-return layout.
Want to Expand the Fuel System Later?
Level 2 initially retains the factory chassis feed and return lines, but the fuel system can be expanded later without repurchasing the engine-bay portion.
The JBtuned EG/EK Civic & DC Integra Fuel System Expansion Kit - 6AN Feed & Return replaces the remaining compatible factory chassis feed and return plumbing between the existing JBtuned engine-bay system and the fuel tank.
When used with a compatible Level 2 system, the Expansion Kit allows the finished fuel system to reach complete tank-to-engine-and-back Level 4 architecture while retaining the JBtuned engine-bay plumbing already installed.

Which B-Series Fuel System Should I Choose?
Choose Level 1 if you only need the filter-to-rail feed line and want to retain the existing engine-bay return plumbing.
Choose Level 2 if you want to upgrade both the engine-bay feed and return while retaining the OEM firewall filter and factory chassis fuel lines.
Choose Level 3 if you want to remove the OEM firewall filter, add a compact inline filter and use a cleaner tucked engine-bay feed-and-return layout while retaining the factory chassis lines.
Choose Level 4 if you want to replace the factory chassis fuel plumbing with a complete aftermarket feed-and-return system from the fuel tank to the engine and back.
Planned Ordering Options
Vehicle / Chassis: Select the Civic, Integra or Del Sol chassis receiving the B-Series Level 2 system.
Fuel Rail: Select the factory Honda or compatible aftermarket B-Series fuel rail installed on the engine.
Fuel Pressure Regulator: Select the compatible factory-style or aftermarket fuel-pressure-regulator configuration being used.
The selected rail and regulator configuration will determine the appropriate return-side connections for the production kit.
Installation Notes
- Level 2 retains the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter.
- The factory chassis feed and return hard lines remain in service.
- The engine-bay feed and return plumbing are upgraded together.
- Final line configuration depends on the supported fuel rail and regulator combination selected.
- All fuel lines must be securely routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving components and areas where excessive heat or abrasion could damage the hose.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect all connections for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive fuel systems or AN fuel plumbing.
