350 Series PTFE AN Fittings - PTFE / e85

e85Freaks 350 Series reusable PTFE AN hose ends are designed for matching 350 Series PTFE fuel hose and are suitable for pump gasoline, E85/ethanol, and compatible race-fuel systems when the complete fuel system is properly specified.

The 350 Series is the PTFE side of the JBtuned/e85Freaks hose system. Choose the AN size and routing angle that match the hose and allow the line to follow a clean, natural path through the vehicle.

Pump Gas + E85 / Ethanol
Suitable for pump gasoline, E85/ethanol, and compatible race fuels when used as part of a correctly specified fuel system.

250 Series and 350 Series hose ends are not cross-compatible. The same AN size does not mean the hose ends will fit the same hose. 250 Series fittings are designed for the matching rubber-core hose system, while 350 Series hose ends are designed specifically for matching PTFE hose.

Why Choose 350 Series PTFE?

PTFE fuel hose provides the compatibility needed for applications using E85 and ethanol-based fuels while remaining suitable for conventional pump gasoline. This makes the 350 Series a good choice for builders who want a PTFE fuel-plumbing system without limiting the vehicle to one specific fuel type.

The 350 Series hose and hose ends are designed to work together as a system. Always match the hose-end size to the correct 350 Series PTFE hose rather than assuming that another hose with the same AN designation will use the same fitting construction.

How 350 Series PTFE Hose Ends Work

350 Series reusable hose ends use a PTFE-specific compression and olive/ferrule-style assembly designed around the construction of the matching PTFE hose. This is different from the reusable hose-end design used with the 250 Series rubber-core hose system.

Because the hose construction and termination method are different, 250 Series and 350 Series hose ends should never be treated as interchangeable simply because the AN size matches.

E85 Compatible Does Not Mean Flex Fuel

The 350 Series PTFE hose system provides the fuel-line compatibility needed for E85/ethanol use, but PTFE plumbing by itself does not make a vehicle flex-fuel capable.

True flex-fuel operation requires an appropriate ethanol-content sensor, compatible wiring or electronics, engine-management support, and the correct ECU configuration and tuning. The plumbing is one part of the complete system.

Choose the Right Hose-End Angle

Hose-end angle is primarily a routing and clearance decision. Choose the configuration that allows the PTFE hose to leave the connection naturally without forcing an unnecessary bend or creating interference with nearby components.

Unbranded by Design

Built to disappear into the finished system—not draw attention to itself.

Every e85Freaks/JBtuned 350 Series hose end is intentionally produced without exterior logos or oversized manufacturer markings. For tucked and clean engine-bay builds, the fittings become part of the plumbing instead of creating visual clutter throughout the installation.

No unnecessary branding. Just a clean, understated fitting that completes the build without competing with it.
