e85Freaks 350 Series Nylon Braided PTFE Fuel Hose is designed for performance fuel systems requiring the broader fuel compatibility and low-permeation characteristics of a PTFE inner liner. The hose combines a PTFE fuel-contact liner, stainless-steel reinforcement, and a black nylon braided outer covering for strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility, and a clean appearance.
The 350 Series is suitable for pump gasoline, E85 and ethanol-based fuels, and compatible race fuels, making it the preferred e85Freaks hose family for fuel systems that may see ethanol or other fuels where conventional rubber-core hose is not the appropriate choice.

Pump Gas, E85 & Ethanol Compatible
e85Freaks 350 Series hose is designed for automotive fuel systems using conventional pump gasoline, E85, ethanol-based fuels, and compatible race fuels.
The PTFE inner liner provides the fuel-contact surface that separates the 350 Series from conventional rubber-core braided fuel hose. This makes the 350 Series the appropriate choice when long-term ethanol-fuel compatibility is required.
PTFE Does Not Automatically Mean Flex Fuel
An E85-compatible PTFE fuel system is not automatically a flex-fuel system.
The 350 Series hose provides the fuel compatibility needed for E85 and ethanol-based fuels, but true flex-fuel operation requires additional components and engine-management support, including an ethanol-content sensor, appropriate wiring or electronics, compatible ECU strategy, and proper tuning.
250 Series vs. 350 Series
e85Freaks offers two hose families for different fuel-system requirements:
- 250 Series: flexible rubber-core nylon braided hose intended for conventional pump-gas fuel systems.
- 350 Series: nylon braided PTFE hose for pump gasoline, E85, ethanol-based fuels, and compatible race fuels.

PTFE AN Hose End Compatibility
e85Freaks 350 Series hose is designed for use with compatible PTFE-style AN hose ends. PTFE hose requires fittings specifically designed for PTFE hose construction and should not be assembled using hose ends intended only for conventional rubber-core braided hose.
Select the hose and fitting sizes appropriate for your application and use matching PTFE-compatible hose ends when assembling the system.
Used in JBtuned E85-Compatible Fuel Systems
JBtuned uses e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE hose in applicable fuel-system configurations requiring compatibility with pump gasoline, E85, ethanol-based fuels, and compatible race fuels.
