Nissan 240SX S13/S14 OEM Fuel Pump Hanger Mod Kit - 6AN / 8AN / 10AN
The JBtuned Nissan 240SX S13/S14 Fuel Pump Hanger Mod Kit converts the factory Nissan fuel-pump hanger for use with a supported high-flow Walbro / TI Automotive fuel pump, larger AN feed and return plumbing, and upgraded fuel-pump wiring.
Instead of replacing the complete factory hanger with an aftermarket billet assembly, this kit allows you to modify and reuse your original S13 or S14 fuel-pump hanger.
Choose the feed and return sizes that match your fuel-system configuration, modify the original hanger top hat, and build the tank-side connection around the fuel system already being installed in the car.

The factory fuel-pump hanger and fuel pump are not included. This kit is designed to modify the hanger already installed in your vehicle.
Modify the Factory Hanger Instead of Replacing It
Complete aftermarket fuel-pump hangers are available for the Nissan S-chassis, but replacing the entire assembly is not necessary for every build.
The JBtuned Hanger Mod Kit takes a different approach by using the original Nissan hanger as the foundation.
The factory feed and return connections are replaced with AN connections sized around the rest of your aftermarket fuel system, while the supplied electrical bulkhead provides a path for upgraded pump wiring.
This makes the kit particularly useful for builds that need a higher-capacity in-tank pump and larger external fuel plumbing but do not need a complete multi-pump aftermarket hanger assembly.
6AN, 8AN or 10AN Feed & Return Connections
The feed and return sides can each be configured with your choice of 6AN, 8AN or 10AN connections.
Select the sizes that match the rest of your fuel-system design rather than choosing line size based on the hanger alone.
Fuel-line size should be considered together with the fuel pump, filter, fuel rail, pressure regulator, engine output, fuel being used and the rest of the feed-and-return plumbing.
A larger hanger fitting does not by itself determine the capacity of the complete fuel system.
Designed for High-Flow Walbro / TI Automotive Pumps
The JBtuned 240SX hanger modification was developed around the larger Walbro / TI Automotive high-flow in-tank pump family commonly used in modified fuel systems.
Supported configurations include the pump styles commonly referred to as:
- Walbro / TI Automotive 400
- Walbro / TI Automotive 450
- Walbro / TI Automotive 525
- Walbro / TI Automotive 535
The available space inside the factory hanger assembly is limited, so verify the exact fuel pump and hanger configuration before permanently modifying the top hat.
If you are using a different pump design, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Upgraded Fuel-Pump Wiring Bulkhead
Higher-capacity fuel pumps can require substantially more electrical current than the original Nissan fuel pump.
The kit includes an electrical bulkhead connection that allows upgraded fuel-pump wiring to pass through the modified hanger rather than relying entirely on the original pump wiring arrangement.
The electrical bulkhead is one component of the pump-wiring system. Relays, fusing, external wiring and the final electrical configuration must be sized appropriately for the fuel pump being used.
Convoluted PTFE In-Tank Tubing
The kit includes convoluted PTFE tubing for the in-tank feed and return connections.
The flexible convoluted construction allows the internal plumbing to connect the fuel-pump and return arrangement to the modified hanger while working within the limited space available inside the factory fuel tank.
EFI stainless-steel clamps are supplied for securing the included tubing.
Factory In-Tank Circulation / Transfer Line Connection
An additional fitting is required to reconnect the factory in-tank circulation / transfer line.
This fitting is not included with the JBtuned hanger modification kit and must be sourced separately by the installer.
Do not overlook this connection while planning the hanger modification. Review the original hanger and in-tank plumbing before beginning the modification so the required circulation-line connection can be incorporated into the finished assembly.
S13 & S14 Fuel Pump Hanger Fitment
This kit is intended for compatible:
- Nissan 240SX S13
- Nissan 240SX S14
- Nissan Silvia S13 applications using the compatible hanger configuration
- Nissan Silvia S14 applications using the compatible hanger configuration
The S13 and S14 use different factory fuel-system arrangements, but this product supplies the components required for the JBtuned modification approach rather than replacing the complete hanger with a chassis-specific aftermarket assembly.
If you are working with another Nissan chassis or an imported configuration that differs from the supported S13 / S14 hanger, contact JBtuned before ordering.
This Is a Hanger Modification Kit - Not a Complete Replacement Hanger
The OEM fuel-pump hanger is not included.
You will modify your own factory hanger top hat to install the new feed, return and electrical connections.
The available space on the original top hat is tight, and component placement must be carefully planned before making any permanent changes.
This is not a bolt-on replacement hanger and should be treated as a fabrication / modification product.
Ordering Options
Feed Size: Select 6AN, 8AN or 10AN based on the feed plumbing being used in your fuel system.
Return Size: Select 6AN, 8AN or 10AN based on the return plumbing being used in your fuel system.
The feed and return do not have to be the same size. Select each connection according to the overall fuel-system configuration being built.

Installation Notes
- This kit requires permanent modification of the factory fuel-pump hanger top hat.
- Carefully plan the feed fitting, return fitting and electrical-bulkhead locations before modifying the hanger.
- Space on the factory top hat is limited and the fittings will sit close together.
- Remove the hanger from the vehicle before performing any modification work.
- Fuel vapors are extremely flammable. Work only in a properly ventilated area using appropriate fuel-system safety procedures.
- Keep all debris produced during modification out of the fuel tank and fuel system.
- Confirm that the completed internal tubing and wiring cannot interfere with the pump, hanger or surrounding tank components.
- Verify that the factory in-tank circulation / transfer-line connection has been properly retained.
- Use wiring, relays and circuit protection appropriate for the electrical requirements of the fuel pump being installed.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect all feed, return and hanger connections for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
JBtuned does not provide installation or hanger-modification service for this product, and step-by-step modification instructions are not included.
