Product Description
EG / EK Civic, DC Integra & Del Sol B-Series OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line (Level 1)
The JBtuned Level 1 B-Series OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line replaces or upgrades the engine-bay fuel-feed connection between the factory Honda firewall-mounted fuel filter and the B-Series fuel rail.
Level 1 retains the vehicle's factory chassis fuel plumbing, OEM firewall fuel filter and existing return-side fuel system while upgrading only the filter-to-rail fuel-feed line.
This is Level 1 in the JBtuned B-Series fuel-system lineup: “I just need the feed line.”

What Comes With the Level 1 Fuel Line
- Pre-assembled B-Series filter-to-rail fuel-feed line
- OEM Honda firewall fuel-filter connection
- Fuel-rail connection components for the selected configuration
- Required connection hardware for the configured fuel line
Exact connection components vary based on the fuel rail selected when ordering.
The fuel rail and OEM firewall fuel filter are not included.
What Level 1 Changes
Level 1 changes only the engine-bay fuel-feed connection between the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and the B-Series fuel rail.
The factory chassis fuel-feed line, OEM firewall filter and compatible existing return-side system remain in place.
This makes Level 1 the simplest B-Series fuel-system upgrade when you do not need to replace the complete engine-bay or chassis fuel plumbing.
For B-Series Swapped Civic & Del Sol Applications
For EG Civics, EK Civics and Honda Del Sols receiving a B-Series engine swap, the Level 1 fuel line provides the engine-bay connection between the chassis's OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and the B-Series fuel rail.
This gives the swap a configured filter-to-rail fuel-feed connection without requiring replacement of the complete chassis fuel system.
The vehicle's compatible existing return-side plumbing remains in use.
For Factory B-Series Acura Integra Applications
The DC Acura Integra was available with B-Series engines from the factory, so Level 1 serves a slightly different purpose on these vehicles.
For Integra applications, the JBtuned Level 1 line can replace an aging or damaged original filter-to-rail line, accommodate a compatible aftermarket fuel rail or provide a cleaner engine-bay fuel-feed connection while retaining the OEM filter-based fuel system.
Retains the OEM Honda Firewall Fuel Filter
Level 1 is specifically designed around the factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
The existing chassis fuel feed continues to supply the OEM filter, and the JBtuned Level 1 line connects the filter outlet to the B-Series fuel rail.
If you want to remove the OEM firewall filter and replace it with a compact inline filter as part of a cleaner feed-and-return engine-bay layout, Level 3 is the appropriate B-Series system.
OEM or Aftermarket B-Series Fuel Rail
The JBtuned B-Series Level 1 Fuel Line can be configured for the factory Honda B-Series fuel rail or compatible aftermarket B-Series fuel rails.
Select the fuel rail installed on the engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the appropriate filter-to-rail connection.
If your fuel rail is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering.
250 Series Fuel Hose - Pump Gasoline
The B-Series Level 1 Fuel Line uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core fuel hose and is intended for conventional pump-gasoline applications.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If the vehicle will regularly run E85, ethanol-based race fuel or requires broader long-term fuel compatibility, use the JBtuned Level 4 B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System with the appropriate 350 Series PTFE configuration.
Fuel compatibility and flex-fuel engine management are separate considerations. PTFE-compatible plumbing alone does not make the vehicle a flex-fuel system.

Ordering Options
Vehicle / Chassis: Select the Civic, Integra or Del Sol chassis using the B-Series Level 1 Fuel Line.
Fuel Rail: Select the factory Honda or aftermarket B-Series fuel rail installed on the engine. Different rails require different connection configurations.
Want to Replace the Factory Chassis Feed Line Too?
Level 1 normally retains the factory chassis fuel-feed line running from the fuel tank to the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter.
If the original chassis line is rusted, damaged, deteriorated or you want to replace it with an aftermarket 6AN feed, JBtuned offers the Tank-to-OEM-Filter 6AN Fuel Line.
The replacement chassis feed continues from the fuel tank to the OEM firewall filter while allowing the Level 1 B-Series filter-to-rail line and existing return-side system to remain in place.
This provides a modular way to replace the chassis feed without converting the vehicle to a full feed-and-return engine-bay system.
This feed-only chassis upgrade is intended for Level 1-style systems and is not the recommended chassis upgrade path for Levels 2 or 3. Those systems should upgrade the feed and return together if the factory chassis plumbing is later replaced.
JBtuned B-Series Fuel-System Levels
- Level 1 - “I Just Need the Feed Line”: Retains the OEM firewall filter, factory chassis plumbing and existing return-side system while replacing or upgrading the filter-to-rail fuel-feed line. You are here.
- Level 2 - “I Want Feed & Return”: Retains the OEM firewall filter and factory chassis lines while upgrading both the engine-bay feed and return plumbing.
- Level 3 - “I Want It Cleaner / Tucked”: Retains the factory chassis feed and return lines, removes the OEM firewall filter, adds a compact inline filter and upgrades the engine-bay feed and return plumbing.
- Level 4 - “I Want to Replace Everything”: Replaces the complete factory chassis feed and return plumbing from the fuel tank to the engine and back, with hose series and system configuration selected to match the build.

Which Level Should I Choose?
Choose Level 1 if you only want to replace or upgrade the filter-to-rail fuel-feed line while retaining the OEM firewall filter, factory chassis plumbing and existing return-side system.
Choose Level 2 if you want to upgrade both the engine-bay feed and return plumbing while still retaining the OEM firewall filter and factory chassis fuel lines.
Choose Level 3 if you want to remove the large OEM firewall filter, add a compact inline filter and use a cleaner feed-and-return engine-bay layout while retaining the factory chassis lines.
Choose Level 4 if you want to replace the factory chassis fuel plumbing with a complete aftermarket feed-and-return system from the fuel tank to the engine and back.
Need a Complete Flex-Fuel-Sensor Configuration?
If you want to replace the complete chassis fuel plumbing and specifically want the fuel-system layout configured around an ethanol-content sensor, consider the JBtuned B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System.
The standard B-Series Level 4 Full Tucked Fuel System can also be configured with JBtuned 350 Series PTFE hose for E85 and broader fuel compatibility. The Complete Flex-Fuel System is specifically configured around ethanol-content-sensor integration.
You do not need the sensor-specific system simply because the vehicle will run E85.
