Product Description
2006-2011 Honda Civic Si FA5/FG2 Tucked Fuel Feed Line Kit (Level 1)
The JBtuned Level 1 Civic Si Fuel Feed Line Kit upgrades the engine-bay fuel feed on 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si FA5 sedan and FG2 coupe applications while retaining the vehicle's factory chassis fuel supply.
The kit replaces the engine-bay fuel connection between the OEM chassis hard line and a compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail with a 6AN JBtuned 350 Series PTFE fuel line.
The line provides additional routing length for a cleaner tucked installation and can be routed to compatible center-feed aftermarket fuel-rail configurations.
This is Level 1 in the JBtuned 8th Gen Civic Si fuel-system lineup: “I just need the feed line.”

What Comes With the Level 1 Kit
- Pre-assembled 6AN JBtuned 350 Series PTFE engine-bay fuel-feed line
- JBtuned anodized-aluminum quick-connect adapter for the factory Civic Si chassis fuel line
- Required line-side connection hardware for the configured fuel feed
A compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail is required and is not included.
The fuel-rail fitting is not included because aftermarket fuel rails use different port and connection configurations.
What Level 1 Changes
Level 1 replaces only the engine-bay portion of the fuel feed.
The factory Civic Si chassis fuel supply remains in place, while the JBtuned 6AN line connects the OEM hard line to the aftermarket K-Series fuel rail.
This allows the engine-bay fuel connection to be upgraded without replacing the complete chassis fuel plumbing or converting the vehicle to a dedicated aftermarket feed-and-return system.
This kit does not add a dedicated fuel return.
350 Series PTFE - Pump Gas / E85 / Compatible Race Fuels
The FA5 / FG2 Level 1 Fuel Feed Line uses JBtuned 350 Series PTFE hose with a PTFE liner, stainless reinforcement and black nylon outer braid.
350 Series PTFE is appropriate for:
- Conventional pump gasoline
- E85 and ethanol-based fuels
- Compatible race fuels
- Gasoline builds that may move to ethanol-based fuel later
Choosing PTFE does not mean the vehicle has to run E85.
PTFE fuel plumbing and sensor-based flex-fuel engine management are separate considerations. If an ethanol-content sensor is being used, the sensor, wiring, compatible ECU strategy, configuration and tuning are separate from this Level 1 fuel-feed line.
Aftermarket K-Series Fuel Rail Required
This Level 1 kit is designed to connect the factory Civic Si chassis fuel supply to a compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail.
It is not intended to connect directly to the original factory fuel-rail configuration.
Because aftermarket fuel rails use different port styles and connection arrangements, the rail-side fitting is not included with the base kit.
If your aftermarket fuel rail did not include the required AN fitting, compatible O-Ring Boss to AN Fuel-Rail Fittings are available separately.
Confirm that the selected fitting matches the port used by your fuel rail before installation.
Tucked Engine-Bay Fuel-Line Routing
The JBtuned Level 1 line provides additional routing length so the fuel feed can be routed cleanly through a modified Civic Si engine bay rather than following the shortest possible path between the chassis line and fuel rail.
The line can support compatible center-feed fuel-rail configurations where the selected rail and surrounding components allow that routing.
Final routing depends on the intake manifold, fuel rail, engine accessories, turbo or exhaust configuration and other components installed in the engine bay.
Keep the fuel line as far away as practical from exhaust manifolds, turbochargers, downpipes and other high-temperature components.
Turbocharged and other high-heat applications may require additional thermal protection depending on the final routing.
Vehicle Fitment
- 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si FA5 sedan
- 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si FG2 coupe
Final fitment depends on the aftermarket fuel rail and surrounding engine-bay components installed on the vehicle.
If you are using an unusual fuel rail, intake manifold or engine-bay configuration, contact JBtuned before ordering.
JBtuned 8th Gen Civic Si Fuel-System Levels
- Level 1 - “I Just Need the Feed Line”: Retains the factory chassis fuel supply while replacing the engine-bay feed with a 6AN JBtuned 350 Series PTFE line to a compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail. You are here.
- Level 4 - “I Want to Replace Everything”: Replaces the original chassis fuel feed and adds a dedicated aftermarket 6AN return to create a complete tank-to-engine-and-back feed-and-return fuel system.

Which Civic Si Fuel System Should I Choose?
Choose Level 1 if you want to upgrade the engine-bay fuel feed while continuing to use the factory chassis fuel supply.
Choose Level 4 if you want to replace the original chassis fuel feed and convert the vehicle to a complete aftermarket feed-and-return system from the fuel tank to the engine and back.
Installation Notes
- The factory chassis fuel supply remains in use.
- The Level 1 kit replaces only the engine-bay fuel-feed connection.
- A compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail is required.
- The fuel-rail fitting is not included with the base kit.
- Verify that the fuel-rail fitting matches the port configuration of the rail being used.
- Route the fuel line away from exhaust components, sharp edges, belts, pulleys, moving components and other potential heat or abrasion sources.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Changes to fuel type, fuel pressure, injectors, fuel pump or other engine-management components may require appropriate ECU configuration and tuning.
Professional installation and tuning are recommended where applicable.
