Product Description
EG / EK Civic & DC Integra Fuel Pressure Regulator Mounting Bracket - AEM / K-Tuned
The JBtuned Fuel Pressure Regulator Mounting Bracket provides a clean, secure location for an external adjustable fuel pressure regulator on compatible EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras.
The bracket mounts at the USDM driver-side shock tower using the upper-control-arm mounting points, placing the regulator in a convenient engine-bay location for return-style fuel-system plumbing.
Multiple regulator mounting-hole patterns are built into the bracket for compatibility with AEM and K-Tuned external fuel pressure regulators, making it especially useful with JBtuned K-Swap and J-Series fuel systems that require an external adjustable regulator.

Clean Shock-Tower FPR Mounting
External fuel pressure regulators need to be securely supported rather than left hanging from fuel hoses or fittings.
The JBtuned bracket positions the regulator at the driver-side shock tower, creating a dedicated mounting point close to the engine-bay fuel plumbing without requiring the regulator to be mounted directly to the fuel rail.
This location works especially well with return-style Honda fuel systems where fuel travels from the rail to an external regulator before returning toward the fuel tank.
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator Compatibility
The bracket includes a mounting-hole pattern for compatible AEM universal external fuel pressure regulators, including the AEM 25-302BK-style regulator configuration commonly used with JBtuned return-style fuel systems.
JBtuned sells the AEM 25-302BK Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator for compatible fuel-system applications.
This bracket is intended for an external AEM regulator. It should not be confused with AEM 25-300BK, 25-301BK, 25-303BK or 25-304BK Honda / Acura regulators, which mount directly to compatible fuel rails and do not use this external regulator bracket.
K-Tuned Fuel Pressure Regulator Compatibility
The bracket also includes the mounting-hole pattern used by compatible K-Tuned external fuel pressure regulators.
This allows builders using K-Tuned fuel-system components to use the same JBtuned shock-tower mounting location rather than fabricating a separate chassis bracket.
K-Tuned has produced multiple external regulator configurations over time. If you are using an unusual or older K-Tuned regulator, compare the mounting-hole arrangement before installation.
What About Aeromotive, Fuelab, DeatschWerks, Turbosmart & Hybrid Racing?
Many universal external fuel pressure regulators use separate mounting brackets, including regulators from Aeromotive, Fuelab, DeatschWerks, Turbosmart and Hybrid Racing.
JBtuned does not advertise those regulator families as direct bolt-on fits to the existing AEM or K-Tuned hole patterns because mounting footprints vary between regulator designs.
However, the JBtuned aluminum bracket can potentially be adapted for other regulator mounting patterns if the installer has sufficient clearance and properly drills the bracket for the regulator being used.
Do not assume another regulator is a direct fit based only on the brand or AN port sizes. Verify the regulator's mounting-hole location and overall body clearance before modifying the bracket.
Designed for JBtuned K-Swap Fuel Systems
This bracket works particularly well with JBtuned K-Swap fuel systems that use an aftermarket K-Series fuel rail and external adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Compatible applications include the JBtuned K-Swap OEM Filter Feed & Return Fuel Line Kit (Level 2) on compatible EG, EK and DC chassis.
It is also a natural addition to the JBtuned K-Swap Fuel Tuck Kit (Level 3), which uses an external regulator as part of its dedicated return-style engine-bay fuel system.
For complete tank-to-engine-and-back builds, the bracket can also be used with the JBtuned K-Swap Complete Fuel System (Level 4).
Works With the JBtuned J-Series Level 4 Fuel System
The bracket is also useful with the JBtuned EG/EK Civic & DC Integra J-Series Dual-Feed Complete Fuel System (Level 4).
The J-Series Level 4 system uses aftermarket dual fuel rails and an external adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Mounting the regulator at the driver-side shock tower provides a secure location for the regulator while keeping the dual-feed and return plumbing organized within the engine bay.
Vehicle Fitment
- 1992-1995 Honda Civic EG
- 1996-2000 Honda Civic EK
- 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC / DC2 / DC4
The bracket is designed around the USDM left-hand-drive driver-side shock-tower and upper-control-arm mounting arrangement.
Select the correct Vehicle / Chassis option when ordering so the appropriate bracket configuration is supplied.
6061 Aluminum Construction
The JBtuned regulator bracket is manufactured from 6061 aluminum and finished with silver anodizing.
The bracket is designed to provide a rigid mounting surface for the regulator without adding unnecessary weight or requiring fabrication directly to the chassis.
What Comes With the Bracket
- 1 JBtuned chassis-specific fuel pressure regulator mounting bracket
Fuel pressure regulator and mounting hardware are not included.
Installation Notes
- Select the correct chassis option before ordering.
- The bracket mounts at the USDM driver-side shock tower using the upper-control-arm mounting points.
- Verify regulator mounting-hole compatibility before installation.
- AEM and compatible K-Tuned regulator mounting patterns are already provided in the bracket.
- Other regulator designs may require drilling the bracket.
- Confirm adequate clearance around the regulator, fuel fittings, brake master cylinder, intake components and surrounding engine-bay parts before final installation.
- Route fuel hoses away from exhaust heat, sharp edges and moving components.
- The fuel pressure regulator must be securely supported and should not rely on the connected fuel hoses for structural support.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect the regulator and all surrounding fuel connections for leaks.
Any modification to the bracket for an unsupported regulator should be performed carefully so adequate material remains around the mounting holes.
Questions About Regulator Compatibility?
If you are unsure whether your fuel pressure regulator will bolt directly to the JBtuned bracket, contact JBtuned with the regulator manufacturer, part number and a clear photo or dimensional drawing of the regulator's mounting-hole arrangement.
