Honda K-Series K20 / K24 Fuel Rail Spacers for Bosch-Style Injectors
The JBtuned K-Series Fuel Rail Spacers provide the additional spacing needed between a compatible aftermarket fuel rail and intake manifold when using Bosch-style fuel injectors on Honda K20 and K24 engines.
Instead of stacking loose washers underneath the fuel-rail mounting points, the JBtuned spacers provide a solid, consistent stand-off that supports the fuel rail at the required position.

Proper Fuel Rail Spacing for Bosch-Style Injectors
Different fuel injectors can require a different installed position than the injectors originally used with a particular K-Series fuel rail and intake-manifold combination.
The JBtuned spacers install between the compatible aftermarket fuel-rail mounting points and the intake manifold, moving the rail outward to provide the additional spacing required by compatible Bosch-style injector setups.
The goal is to maintain the required injector position while keeping the fuel rail securely supported.
A Purpose-Built Alternative to Stacked Washers
A common way to create additional fuel-rail spacing is to stack individual washers underneath the rail mounts.
The JBtuned spacer replaces that improvised washer stack with a single purpose-built stand-off at each mounting point, providing a more consistent and stable mounting surface between the fuel rail and intake manifold.

Rigid ABS Construction
The JBtuned K-Series Fuel Rail Spacers are made from rigid ABS plastic.
The spacer provides a solid mounting surface between the intake manifold and fuel rail without requiring multiple loose washers at each mounting point.
Not an OEM Replacement Spacer
These spacers are not intended as replacements for factory Honda fuel-rail insulators or OEM fuel-rail mounting components.
They are specifically intended to add spacing for compatible aftermarket fuel-rail and Bosch-style injector combinations.

Installation Notes
