All products sold by JBtuned LLC are intended for off-road / closed-course competition use only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by JBtuned LLC, products are not DOT approved, not certified for street use, and are not intended for operation on public roadways.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
JBtuned LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless explicitly approved in writing by JBtuned LLC.
No Returns Without Written Authorization (RMA)
If a return is exceptionally approved, it must be authorized in writing before anything is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and/or returned to sender.
Items Not Eligible for Return (No Exceptions)
The following items are not returnable under any circumstance:

Electronic components, including circuit boards/PCBs, modules, controllers, sensors, wiring electronics, and any item that can be damaged, altered, programmed, swapped, or otherwise cannot be reliably verified after shipment

Any item that has been opened, installed, powered, used, modified, soldered, tuned/programmed, or shows signs of handling beyond basic inspection

Items sold as replacement components or service/repair parts

Items marked final sale, clearance, closeout, discontinued, or “as-is”

Special Order Parts (defined below)
Special Order Parts (No Cancellations / No Returns)
“Special Order Parts” refers to any item that is not normally stocked for immediate shipment by JBtuned LLC, requires sourcing specifically for an order, drop-ship items, or items ordered from a supplier specifically to fulfill a customer order, even if it may appear “in stock” online at the time of purchase. Website inventory status is an estimate and is not a guarantee of immediate availability.
If a Return Is Approved (Rare Cases Only)
If JBtuned LLC approves a return in writing, all of the following must be true:

Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase

Item must be unused, uninstalled, unpowered, unmodified, and in original condition

Item must be in original packaging with all accessories/documentation

Item must pass inspection upon receipt (final decision determined by JBtuned LLC)
Restocking Fee & Refund Method
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (if any) are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging

Photos of the shipping label
We will review and advise next steps.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Our written policies and terms of sale apply to all purchases.
Pricing / Information
All parts are subject to price changes and availability. All part information is correct as far as JBtuned LLC knows; any errors will be corrected upon notification.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Special Order Parts cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Methods
Most orders ship within up to 7 business days after payment is received and verified (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, unless a different method is selected at checkout or arranged in writing.
Backorders & Special Order Items
If an item is backordered or special order, we will notify you by email with the most current estimated ship timeframe we have from the supplier. Backordered/special order items ship as soon as they are received by JBtuned LLC or released by the supplier.
Order Confirmation / Status
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 1 business day, please contact [email protected]. If you need a status update and it has been more than 3 business days, email us with your order number.
Signature Requirement
Orders totaling $250 USD or greater may require a signature at delivery. JBtuned LLC may require a signature on any shipment at our discretion.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the continental United States are subject to higher shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees that are the responsibility of the customer. See our International Orders section for details.
Delivery Issues (Lost / Damaged / Incorrect)
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents so we can assist. After this window, we may be unable to file a carrier claim or provide a remedy.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an invalid/undeliverable address or refusal, any reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
WARRANTY / DISCLAIMER (OFF-ROAD / RACE USE ONLY)
All products sold by JBtuned LLC are intended for off-road / closed-course competition use only unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by JBtuned LLC.
Manufacturer Warranty Only
JBtuned LLC does not provide a separate manufacturer’s warranty on products we sell. Any warranty coverage is provided solely by the product’s manufacturer (if applicable), and warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
No Additional Warranties by JBtuned LLC
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBtuned LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Installation / Use Responsibility
The customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation, use, maintenance, and any required service/repairs. JBtuned LLC is not responsible for improper installation or misuse, and is not responsible for labor costs, downtime, towing, or any incidental or consequential damages.
RACE-USE / NOT DOT APPROVED
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by JBtuned LLC, products sold by JBtuned LLC are not DOT approved, are not certified for street use, and are not intended for operation on public roadways. The customer is solely responsible for verifying legal use and compliance in their jurisdiction.
Ordering Policy
Billing & Shipping Address Verification
For fraud prevention, we ship only to orders where the billing and shipping address match (including name and address details). We do not ship orders to alternate addresses.
If an order does not meet this requirement, JBtuned LLC may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Fraud Prevention / Order Holds
JBtuned LLC reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that appears suspicious or cannot be verified, including but not limited to mismatched customer information, high-risk transactions, or carrier/address anomalies.
Correcting an Address
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
