The e85Freaks 1/4" Hardline Compression to -4AN Female Adapter Fitting converts compatible 1/4-inch OD metal hardline to a standard female -4AN 37-degree flare connection.
It is designed for universal automotive fuel-system plumbing where an existing 1/4-inch hardline needs to transition directly to a male -4AN fitting or other compatible -4AN plumbing component.

1/4" Hardline to Female -4AN
This adapter provides a direct transition from compatible 1/4-inch OD metal hardline to a female -4AN connection.
The female AN end allows the hardline to connect directly to a compatible male -4AN fitting, adapter, hose end, or other fuel-system component.
Compression-Style Hardline Connection
The hardline side uses a compression-style connection that seals around the compatible 1/4-inch tubing without requiring an AN flare to be formed on the original hardline.
For proper sealing, the tubing should be clean, round, straight, and free from severe corrosion, deep scratches, dents, or deformation in the area where the fitting will be installed.
Hardline sizing is based on the outside diameter of the tubing. Measure the line before ordering if the original tubing size is not known.
Female -4AN 37-Degree Flare Connection
The AN side uses a standard female -4AN 37-degree flare sealing surface for use with compatible male -4AN components.
AN connections seal at the 37-degree flare surface rather than at the threads, so thread sealant should not be applied to the AN flare threads.
Universal Fuel-System Adapter
This is a universal technical fitting intended for builders who have identified a 1/4-inch OD hardline and need to transition that line to a female -4AN connection.
Factory tubing sizes can vary between vehicles, model years, and even between different lines on the same vehicle. Always verify the tubing outside diameter before ordering.

Installation Notes
