The 90° configuration redirects the hose at a right angle from the connection, making it a useful choice when the line needs to change direction immediately rather than continuing straight away from the component or adapter.

For e85Freaks 250 Series Rubber-Core Hose
This hose end is designed for use with matching e85Freaks 250 Series rubber-core AN hose. The hose and hose end work together as part of the 250 Series pump-gasoline plumbing system.
250 Series and 350 Series hose ends are not cross-compatible. Do not use this fitting with e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE hose simply because the AN size is the same.
For pump gasoline, E85/ethanol, and compatible race-fuel applications requiring PTFE plumbing, use the e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE hose and matching 350 Series hose ends.
Why Choose a 90° Hose End?
A 90° hose end is intended for installations where the hose needs to make a full right-angle change in direction immediately after the connection.
This can provide cleaner routing around nearby components and help avoid forcing a straight hose end into an unnecessarily tight hose bend. The 90° configuration is particularly useful where there is limited straight-line clearance in front of the connection but adequate space for the hose to leave to the side.
If the routing only requires a moderate change in direction, a 45° or 60° hose end may provide a more natural path. For more aggressive return-style routing, the 120°, 150°, or 180° options may be more appropriate.
Female AN 37° Flare Connection
The connection side of the hose end uses a female AN 37° flare. The connection seals at the mating flare surfaces rather than at the threads themselves.
Do not apply thread sealant to the AN flare connection. Verify that the mating fitting uses the correct AN flare size and sealing style before assembly.
Reusable Swivel Design
The reusable construction allows the hose end to be installed onto matching 250 Series hose without permanently crimping the fitting to the hose. The swivel-style design also allows the fitting to be properly clocked during assembly so the 90° outlet can be oriented for the required hose routing.

The e85Freaks 250 Series hose-end family is available in multiple routing configurations, including Straight, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 150°, and 180°. Choose the angle that allows the hose to follow a natural path without unnecessary bending or interference with nearby components.
Important: This is a 250 Series rubber-core hose end. It is not compatible with 350 Series PTFE hose and is not the JBtuned/e85Freaks hose system intended for continuous E85/ethanol service.
