The e85Freaks ORB O-Ring Port Plug provides a clean way to seal unused SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) ports in fuel rails, fuel-pressure regulators, filters, distribution blocks, pumps, and other compatible automotive fluid-system components.
These plugs are also extremely useful as temporary protective caps during assembly, storage, or service. Plugging open ports while fuel lines are disconnected helps keep dirt, metal debris, shop dust, and other contamination out of expensive fuel-system components.

Seal Unused ORB Ports
Many aftermarket fuel rails, adjustable fuel-pressure regulators, filters, pumps, and distribution components include multiple ORB ports so the component can support different plumbing layouts.
When one of those ports is not being used, an appropriately sized ORB plug provides a compact way to seal the opening.
Useful for More Than Permanent Installation
ORB plugs are worth keeping in the toolbox even when you do not have a permanently unused port.
During fuel-system assembly or service, fuel lines are often disconnected and components such as fuel rails, regulators, filters, or pumps may be left with open ports. Installing a temporary plug helps protect the inside of the component from:
- Dirt and shop debris
- Metal shavings and contamination
- Dust during vehicle assembly or storage
- Foreign material entering an open fuel rail or regulator port
They can also make handling and storing removed fuel-system components cleaner and easier until the plumbing is ready to be reconnected.

ORB Sealing - Not an AN Flare Plug
This is an O-Ring Boss port plug. It seals using the supplied O-ring against the ORB port rather than using an AN 37-degree flare.
Because the O-ring provides the seal, thread sealant is not used on a properly matched ORB connection.
Confirm the ORB port size of the component before ordering.
