The JBtuned Bosch 82mm DBW Throttle Body to 3.50in HD / Vanjen Clamp Adapter converts the inlet of the Bosch 82mm electronic drive-by-wire throttle body to a 3.50-inch HD / Vanjen-style clamp connection for custom intake and charge-piping systems.
Designed in-house by JBtuned for performance applications using the Bosch 82mm DBW throttle body, this billet adapter provides a compact, purpose-built interface between the throttle body and a compatible 3.50-inch HD clamp system.
Bosch 82mm Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body Fitment
This adapter is designed specifically for the Bosch 82mm electronic drive-by-wire throttle body, part number 0280750473.
The adapter mounts directly to the Bosch throttle body and provides the inlet profile required for connection to a compatible 3.50-inch HD / Vanjen-style clamp system.
The Bosch 82mm throttle body is not included and must be purchased separately.
No Drilling of the Bosch Throttle Body Required
The Bosch 82mm throttle-body mounting holes do not need to be drilled or enlarged to install the JBtuned adapter.
JBtuned supplies the correctly sized mounting hardware for the Bosch throttle body, allowing the adapter to install without modifying the factory throttle-body mounting holes.
This keeps the Bosch throttle body itself unmodified while still providing the hardware required to securely mount the JBtuned inlet adapter.
3.50in HD / Vanjen-Style Clamp Connection
The inlet side of the adapter is designed for a 3.50-inch HD / Vanjen-style clamp system commonly used in custom turbocharger charge piping, intercooler plumbing, and high-performance intake systems.
This style of connection provides a compact, secure, and serviceable alternative to a conventional silicone-coupler connection in applications where compatible HD clamp plumbing is being used.
The 3.50-inch HD / Vanjen clamp assembly is not included.
No components from the HD / Vanjen clamp system are included with this adapter. The clamp, sealing O-rings, sleeves, weld ferrules, and any other clamp-system components must be purchased separately.

The products are sold separately, allowing this inlet adapter to also be used in non-Honda and other custom Bosch 82mm throttle-body applications.
