Product Description
EF Civic / CRX / DA Integra K-Swap Fuel Tuck Kit - K20/K24 (Level 3)
The JBtuned Level 3 K-Swap Fuel Tuck Kit upgrades the engine-bay fuel system on compatible EF Civic, CRX and DA Integra chassis running a K20 or K24 engine swap.
The system converts the K-Series engine bay to a dedicated return-style fuel configuration, removes the factory firewall-mounted fuel filter, adds a compact inline filter and replaces the engine-bay feed and return plumbing with 6AN fuel lines while retaining the vehicle's original chassis feed and return hard lines.
This is Level 3 in the JBtuned K-Swap fuel-system lineup: “I want it cleaner / tucked.”

A compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail and external adjustable fuel pressure regulator are required.
The fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator are not included unless specifically selected or purchased separately.
What Level 3 Changes
Level 3 replaces the engine-bay portion of the fuel system while retaining the original chassis feed and return hard lines underneath the vehicle.
The factory firewall-mounted fuel filter is removed and replaced with a compact inline filter incorporated into the new 6AN feed plumbing.
A dedicated 6AN engine-bay return is added between the external fuel pressure regulator and the vehicle's original chassis return line.
This creates a cleaner return-style K-Swap engine-bay layout without requiring complete replacement of the chassis fuel plumbing.
Return-Style K-Swap Fuel System
The Level 3 kit converts the engine-side K-Series fuel system to a dedicated return-style configuration.
Fuel is supplied through the retained factory chassis feed into the JBtuned engine-bay plumbing and compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail.
An external adjustable fuel pressure regulator controls fuel pressure and sends the regulated fuel return through the 6AN engine-bay return plumbing to the vehicle's original chassis return line.
JBtuned configures the feed, return and connection components around the selected chassis, fuel rail and regulator setup so the customer does not have to determine the individual fittings and adapters required to assemble the engine-bay system.
Compact Inline Fuel Filter
The large factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter is removed from the fuel-system layout.
In its place, the Level 3 system uses a compact inline fuel filter incorporated into the new engine-bay feed plumbing.
This frees up space around the firewall and provides more flexibility for routing the fuel system around the components used in a K-swapped EF Civic, CRX or DA Integra.
Factory Chassis Fuel Lines Remain
Level 3 retains the vehicle's original chassis feed and return hard lines rather than replacing the complete fuel system underneath the car.
Because EF Civic, CRX and DA Integra chassis are now several decades old, inspect the original fuel lines carefully before installation.
Factory hard lines showing significant corrosion, physical damage, deterioration or leakage should be replaced rather than reused.
Modification of the existing chassis fuel-line connection points is required during installation.
Aftermarket K-Series Fuel Rail Required
The Level 3 kit is designed for use with a compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail.
The original OEM K-Series fuel-rail configuration is not supported by this kit.
Select the aftermarket fuel rail installed on the engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the appropriate rail-side connection.
Different aftermarket rails use different port and connection configurations. If your fuel rail is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering.
External Fuel Pressure Regulator Required
A compatible external adjustable fuel pressure regulator is required for the Level 3 return-style fuel system.
The regulator controls fuel pressure and provides the regulated return path back to the vehicle's factory chassis return line.
If you need a regulator, JBtuned offers the AEM 25-302BK Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.
The fuel pressure regulator shown in product photos may be an installation example and is not included with the base kit unless specifically selected.
Final regulator placement depends on the fuel rail, intake manifold, engine mounts, accessory configuration, header, turbo system and other components installed on the vehicle.
250 Series - Pump Gasoline
The EF / CRX / DA K-Swap Level 3 system uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core braided fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If the vehicle is being built for E85, ethanol-based fuels or another application requiring broader fuel compatibility, use an appropriate JBtuned fuel system configured with 350 Series PTFE hose.
Fuel compatibility should be considered across the complete fuel system, including hose, filter, regulator, fuel pump, seals and other fuel-contact components.
K-Swap Routing & Accessory Considerations
EF Civic, CRX and DA Integra K-swaps can vary significantly depending on the engine, mount kit, intake manifold, accessory configuration and surrounding components.
Some product photos may show a compatible aftermarket idle-pulley arrangement that provides additional clearance for a more tucked fuel-line routing near the engine mount.
The idle pulley and related accessory components shown in installation photos are not included with this kit.
An aftermarket idle-pulley configuration is not required for every installation. Vehicles using different accessory arrangements may require a different fuel-line routing path based on the available clearance.
Always verify adequate clearance from engine mounts, belts, pulleys, exhaust components, sharp edges, moving components and high-temperature areas before finalizing the fuel-line routing.
Vehicle & Engine Fitment
