Honda Civic & Integra Underbody Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets

The JBtuned Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets are designed to securely mount JBtuned or compatible aftermarket AN fuel feed and return lines alongside the vehicle's brake lines underneath EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras.

Instead of relying on individual P-clamps, zip ties, or improvised mounting hardware, these brackets are designed around the factory Honda underbody mounting locations for a clean and organized installation.

They are intended for JBtuned complete fuel systems and other compatible aftermarket fuel-line installations.

• 1996-2000 Honda Civic EK
• 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC / DC2 / DC4

These brackets are designed for vehicles using JBtuned or compatible aftermarket fuel lines. They are not designed to retain the factory OEM fuel lines.

The factory EVAP line is not supported by these brackets and must be removed or reconfigured as part of the installation.

Designed for Aftermarket Fuel-Line Installations

The JBtuned brackets are designed to secure aftermarket AN fuel feed and return lines underneath the chassis while using the factory Honda mounting locations where applicable.

They are intended for JBtuned complete fuel systems and other compatible aftermarket fuel-line installations.

These brackets do not work with the factory OEM fuel lines.

Because the bracket layout is designed around the aftermarket fuel feed, return, and brake-line configuration, there is no provision for the factory EVAP line. The EVAP line must be removed or reconfigured during installation.

Fuel-Line Configurations

The brackets are available for the aftermarket fuel-line combinations commonly used with JBtuned complete Honda fuel systems:

• 6AN Feed / 6AN Return
• 8AN Feed / 6AN Return

Fuel Hose Type

Selecting the correct fuel-hose type is important because different hose constructions have different outside diameters.

Choose the fuel-line material that matches your system:

• 250 Series Rubber Fuel Hose
• 350 Series PTFE Fuel Hose

Works With OEM & Aftermarket Brake Lines

The brake-line positions are designed to accommodate factory Honda hard brake lines as well as compatible aftermarket brake-line configurations.

This applies to the brake lines only. The factory OEM fuel lines are not supported by these brackets.

This is especially useful on modified vehicles where aftermarket brake lines may have a larger outside diameter than the original Honda hard lines.

Designed Around Factory Mounting Locations

The JBtuned brackets are designed to use the factory underbody mounting locations wherever those locations remain usable on the chassis.

This allows the aftermarket fuel and brake lines to be secured cleanly against the underside of the vehicle without relying on a row of individual self-tapping screws or other improvised mounting methods.

Because EG, EK, and DC chassis are now decades old, the condition of the original mounting points can vary from vehicle to vehicle.

Factory Mounting Points & Rivnut Installation

Depending on the chassis and the condition of the original mounting points, some locations may already have usable factory threads while others may require the installation of a rivet nut (rivnut) or similar threaded insert.

This may be necessary when an original plastic mounting insert is damaged, missing, or no longer provides a secure mounting point.

Inspect the factory mounting locations on your vehicle before installation.

Rivnuts, threaded inserts, installation tools, and mounting bolts are not included with the bracket kit.

Rivnuts, threaded inserts, and installation tools are not included.

Installation Notes

These brackets are intended for vehicles that have been converted to JBtuned or compatible aftermarket fuel lines.

The factory OEM fuel lines cannot be retained in the bracket system.

There is also no bracket position for the factory EVAP line. The EVAP system must be removed or reconfigured as required for the vehicle and application.

Inspect the factory underbody mounting locations before installation. Some vehicles may already have usable threaded mounting points, while others may require installation of a rivnut or similar threaded insert.

On older chassis, original mounting inserts may be damaged, missing, or no longer suitable for securely mounting the brackets.

All fuel and brake lines should be routed and secured away from exhaust heat, moving components, and areas where they may be damaged by road debris or abrasion.
