Product Description
Complete the clutch hydraulics on your J-swapped Civic or Integra with a JBtuned full clutch line designed to connect the chassis clutch master cylinder directly to the transmission slave cylinder.
Designed for EG and EK Honda Civic and DC Acura Integra J-Series swaps, this system replaces the original hard line and rubber clutch hose with a single purpose-built PTFE hydraulic line using stainless-steel fittings and application-specific hardware.

Solves the J-Swap Clutch Hydraulic Connection
Installing a J-Series drivetrain into an EG/EK Civic or DC Integra changes the clutch and transmission layout that the original chassis hydraulic system was designed around.
The JBtuned J-Swap Clutch Line solves that problem with a dedicated hydraulic connection from the Civic or Integra clutch master cylinder directly to the slave cylinder on the swapped drivetrain.
Instead of adapting multiple pieces of the original clutch plumbing to the new drivetrain, the complete line is designed around the J-Series conversion from the start.
Full Master-to-Slave Replacement
This is not a short replacement flex hose that reconnects to the original Civic or Integra clutch hard line.
The JBtuned system replaces the complete hydraulic path from the clutch master cylinder to the transmission slave cylinder, eliminating the original hard line and rubber clutch-hose sections in between.
The result is a simpler clutch hydraulic system with fewer factory components remaining in an engine bay that has already been substantially changed for the J-Series drivetrain.
Designed for EG / EK Civic & DC Integra J-Swaps
This clutch line is intended for J-Series drivetrain swaps installed in:
- EG Honda Civic
- EK Honda Civic
- DC Acura Integra
This is an application-specific J-swap clutch line rather than a universal hydraulic hose.
OEM or S2000 Clutch Master Cylinder
The line is available for two clutch master-cylinder configurations:
- OEM Master Cylinder — for applications using the factory-style Civic / Integra clutch master cylinder.
- S2000 Master Cylinder — for vehicles converted to a Honda S2000 clutch master cylinder.
Select the master-cylinder configuration actually installed in the vehicle so the clutch line is supplied with the correct master-side connection.
Cleaner, More Direct J-Swap Routing
The JBtuned clutch line is not intended to duplicate the original factory clutch-line path.
Instead, the line can be routed directly through the engine bay toward the swapped transmission, eliminating the need to retain the original hard-line layout.
This is particularly useful on J-swapped cars where the engine, transmission, fuel system, cooling system, wiring, and other components have already been reorganized around a drivetrain the chassis was never originally designed to use.
Optional Frame-Rail P-Clamp
An optional black P-clamp is available to provide a dedicated support point for the clutch line along the frame rail.
The clamp helps keep the hydraulic line positioned securely and provides a clean, controlled routing path through the engine bay.
Select the P-clamp option if you want the additional line-support hardware supplied with the clutch line.
PTFE Line with Stainless-Steel Hardware
The JBtuned J-Swap clutch line uses a PTFE inner liner surrounded by stainless-steel braided reinforcement and a black protective outer coating.
The line uses permanently crimped stainless-steel fittings, with Mil-Spec resistant heat shrink protecting the hose-end transitions for a clean, durable finished assembly.
Stainless-steel connection hardware is used throughout the clutch-line system, with copper sealing washers supplied where required.
What Is Included?
- JBtuned full-length J-swap clutch line assembly
- Stainless-steel banjo and banjo bolt
- Stainless-steel slave-cylinder adapter
- Copper sealing washers
- Optional black P-clamp when selected
Why Use a J-Swap-Specific Clutch Line?
A J-Series swap replaces the drivetrain the Civic or Integra chassis was originally designed around. Retaining and adapting the original multi-piece clutch plumbing adds unnecessary complexity to a system that can instead be configured specifically for the swap.
A complete master-to-slave replacement gives the builder a direct hydraulic connection designed around the new drivetrain while also removing factory hard lines and flexible hose sections that are no longer necessary.
For an engine bay already receiving swap-specific fuel, cooling, wiring, and mounting components, the clutch line becomes another purpose-built part of the conversion instead of an adapted factory leftover.
Part of the JBtuned J-Swap System
This clutch line complements the JBtuned EG/EK Civic & DC Integra J-Swap Fuel Line and other JBtuned J-Series fuel-system components.
The clutch and fuel systems perform completely separate functions, but they solve the same underlying swap problem: connecting the original Civic or Integra chassis systems to a J-Series drivetrain the vehicle was never designed to use.
Installation Notes
Route the hydraulic line with adequate clearance from exhaust components, moving parts, sharp edges, drivetrain movement, and other potential sources of heat or abrasion.
Use the optional support clamp or other appropriate mounting provisions to prevent the line from contacting surrounding components.
After installation, properly bleed the clutch hydraulic system and inspect all connections for leaks before operating the vehicle.
Verify the chassis, J-Series drivetrain configuration, and clutch master-cylinder selection before ordering.
