The JBtuned Honda B-Series & D-Series Front Block Coolant Port Adapter replaces the factory front engine-block coolant plug and converts the port to a -6AN male connection.

This provides a clean, simple connection point for turbocharger coolant-feed plumbing and other compatible custom coolant-system applications without drilling, tapping, or welding the engine block.

Machined from aluminum, the adapter installs in the existing factory block port and gives you a proper AN connection instead of having to fabricate a coolant-feed solution.

A Bolt-In Alternative to Fabricating a Turbo Coolant Feed

When adding a water-cooled turbocharger to a Honda B-Series or D-Series engine, a coolant-feed connection must be added somewhere in the engine's cooling system.

The factory front block port provides a convenient location, but the original Honda plug does not provide an AN connection.

Installation

Remove the applicable factory front block coolant plug and install the JBtuned adapter in its place.

Once installed, the adapter provides the -6AN connection needed for the remaining coolant plumbing.

Always verify proper sealing, hose routing, and clearance from exhaust components, belts, pulleys, and other moving or high-temperature components.

After installation, fill and bleed the cooling system as required and carefully inspect the adapter and all coolant connections for leaks before operating the vehicle.
