RBC Intake Manifold Coolant Port Plug
The JBtuned RBC Intake Manifold Coolant Port Plug is used to seal the coolant passage left open when the factory idle-air-assist valve is removed from a Honda K-Series RBC intake manifold.
This is a simple solution for RBC manifold setups where the factory idle-air-assist coolant connection is no longer being used. The plug threads directly into the manifold coolant port and provides a clean, low-profile way to close the passage.

Idle Air Assist Delete
The factory RBC intake manifold uses a coolant-fed idle-air-assist valve as part of the original cold-start system. When that valve is removed, its coolant passage must be sealed to prevent coolant from escaping through the open port.
This JBtuned plug closes that coolant passage without requiring the original idle-air-assist valve to remain installed.
Installation
Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the plug threads before installation and thread the plug into the coolant passage until it is properly seated and sealed.
Installation note: The product photo shows the plug before it is fully threaded into the manifold. When properly installed, the plug sits noticeably lower and more flush with the manifold than shown in the photo.
RBC Manifold Applications
This plug is intended for Honda K-Series builds using an RBC intake manifold where the idle-air-assist coolant passage is being deleted or is no longer required.
RBC manifolds are commonly used in K-Series engine swaps and performance combinations, but the surrounding coolant-routing requirements can vary by engine, cylinder head and chassis. This plug only seals the RBC manifold coolant passage and does not replace any other coolant-routing components that may be required for the specific application.
