M12 x 1.5 Male O-Ring Boss to 1/8 NPT Female Sensor Adapter
The JBtuned M12 x 1.5 Male O-Ring Boss to 1/8 NPT Female Adapter allows a compatible 1/8 NPT sensor or fitting to be installed into an M12 x 1.5 O-ring-sealed port.
This compact adapter is useful when adding aftermarket pressure, temperature, or other compatible sensors to an existing metric port without permanently modifying the component.
Thread Configuration
- Male Thread: M12 x 1.5

- Female Thread: 1/8 NPT
Always verify the thread size and sealing style of the port before installation. An M12 x 1.5 threaded port does not automatically mean it uses an O-ring sealing surface.

6061 Aluminum Construction
The adapter is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating.
Its compact aluminum construction provides a clean solution for adapting an M12 x 1.5 O-ring-sealed port to a common 1/8 NPT female connection.
Buna-N O-Ring Included
A Buna-N O-ring is included for sealing the M12 x 1.5 side of the adapter.
The O-ring seals against the mating surface rather than relying on the straight M12 x 1.5 threads themselves to create the seal.
The 1/8 NPT side uses a tapered pipe thread and should be installed using an appropriate thread-sealing method for the sensor, fluid, and application.

- An appropriate O-ring sealing surface
- A sensor or fitting with a 1/8 NPT male thread
This adapter should not be selected based on thread diameter alone. Metric straight threads and tapered NPT threads use different sealing methods.
