e85Freaks 250 Series Nylon Braided Fuel Hose is a flexible, black braided AN hose designed for conventional pump-gas fuel systems and other compatible fluid-plumbing applications. Its layered construction combines a rubber inner liner, stainless-steel reinforcement, and a black nylon outer braid for a clean appearance with added strength and abrasion resistance.
The 250 Series is designed to provide the durability of a reinforced AN hose while remaining flexible and easier to route than traditional exposed stainless-steel braided hose. The black nylon outer braid also gives the hose a clean, understated appearance that works well with a wide range of AN fitting colors and engine-bay styles.

Pump-Gas Fuel Hose
For automotive fuel-system applications, e85Freaks 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 or ethanol-fuel use.
The e85Freaks product line includes different hose families for different fuel-system requirements. The 250 Series uses a flexible rubber-core construction, while the 350 Series uses a PTFE inner liner for applications requiring broader fuel compatibility.
Need E85-Compatible PTFE Fuel Hose?
If your fuel system will be operated continuously on E85, ethanol-based fuel, or another application requiring PTFE fuel hose, use the e85Freaks 350 Series Nylon Braided PTFE Hose instead.
The 350 Series uses a PTFE inner liner and is the appropriate e85Freaks hose family for JBtuned fuel-system applications requiring E85 and ethanol-fuel compatibility.
E85-compatible fuel hose does not by itself make a vehicle flex fuel. A true flex-fuel system also requires an ethanol-content sensor, compatible engine-management strategy, appropriate wiring or electronics, and proper ECU configuration and tuning.

JBtuned uses e85Freaks 250 Series hose in applicable pump-gas fuel-system configurations where a flexible rubber-core braided AN hose is appropriate. This is the same 250 Series hose family referenced throughout JBtuned fuel-system products as the pump-gas hose option.
