These olives are single-use service parts. Once an olive has been compressed during installation, it should not be reused.

Choose the Correct Replacement Olive
JBtuned feed and return hardline adapters use different replacement olives.
- Feed: Select this version when servicing a compatible JBtuned fuel feed hardline adapter.
- Return: Select this version when servicing a compatible JBtuned fuel return hardline adapter.
Choose the version according to the JBtuned adapter application you already have installed.
Replacement Service Part for JBtuned Hardline Adapters
This product is intended as a replacement service component for JBtuned application-specific fuel hardline adapters.
If an olive has been lost, damaged, or previously compressed, installing a new replacement olive allows the compatible JBtuned hardline adapter to be serviced without replacing the complete fitting.
These replacement olives are also useful when transferring a compatible JBtuned fuel-system setup to another vehicle and the existing olive has already been compressed during the previous installation.

Do Not Reuse a Compressed Olive
The brass olive deforms as the hardline adapter is installed and tightened, creating the connection required by the fitting.
Once the olive has been compressed, it should be considered a single-use component.
If the fitting is removed for service, transferred to another vehicle, or the original olive becomes damaged, replace it with the correct new JBtuned Feed or Return olive before reinstalling the adapter.

Installation Notes
Select the replacement olive according to the JBtuned hardline adapter being serviced.
Inspect the hardline and adapter components before reassembly and do not reuse a previously compressed olive.
After the fuel system is reassembled, pressurize the system and carefully inspect the hardline connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
