Product Description

The JBtuned Honda Civic / Integra / Del Sol Fuel Hardline Adapter provides the correct AN connection for compatible factory Honda and Acura fuel feed or return hardlines.

Select the Fuel Feed version to convert the compatible factory feed hardline to -6AN, or select the Fuel Return version to convert the compatible factory return hardline to -4AN.

If your fuel system uses -6AN plumbing for the return side, an optional -4AN-to--6AN adapter can be added to the return fitting.

Choose the Feed or Return Version

The factory fuel feed and return hardlines require different JBtuned adapters, so select the fitting according to the line you are connecting.

Fuel Feed Hardline to -6AN

Select the Fuel Feed version when connecting the compatible factory Honda or Acura fuel feed hardline to aftermarket -6AN fuel plumbing.

This is the configuration commonly used when retaining the factory chassis feed hardline while replacing the engine-bay plumbing with a JBtuned or custom AN fuel system.

Fuel Return Hardline to -4AN

Select the Fuel Return version when connecting the compatible factory Honda or Acura fuel return hardline to AN plumbing.

The return adapter provides a -4AN connection.

If your fuel-system layout uses -6AN plumbing for the return, select the optional -4AN to -6AN adapter to continue from the JBtuned return hardline fitting into -6AN plumbing.

Why Use the Correct Feed or Return Adapter?

The factory feed and return hardlines are not treated as interchangeable connections in this JBtuned application.

Selecting the correct version gives the fuel system the proper starting point for either the feed or return side and allows the rest of the system to transition into the AN plumbing configuration you intend to use.

If you are building a -6AN feed and -6AN return system, use the feed adapter for the factory feed hardline and the return adapter with the optional -6AN conversion for the factory return hardline.

Fuel hose, hose ends, fuel filter, regulator, fuel rail and other fuel-system components are not included unless purchased separately.

Installation Notes

Fuel-system work should be performed with the system fully depressurized and with appropriate precautions for gasoline or other fuels present in the vehicle.

After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect the hardline adapter and all surrounding fuel connections for leaks before starting or operating the engine.

Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with automotive fuel-system plumbing.
