This is not a short replacement flex hose that reconnects to the original Acura clutch hard line.

Designed for the Acura RSX DC5

This clutch line is designed specifically for the USDM 2002-2006 Acura RSX DC5.

It is compatible with K-Series drivetrain configurations using the RSX-style hydraulic clutch system, including K20 and K24 engine combinations with a compatible K-Series manual transmission.

OEM RSX Clutch Master Cylinder

The line is configured for use with the OEM-style Acura RSX clutch master cylinder.

The master-side connection is designed around the factory RSX hydraulic configuration, while the opposite end connects to the transmission slave cylinder using the supplied stainless-steel hardware.

Cleaner, More Direct Routing

Because the JBtuned line replaces the complete factory clutch-line assembly, it does not need to duplicate the original multi-piece hydraulic routing.

The line can be routed cleanly beneath the transmission-mount area and toward the slave cylinder, reducing the amount of visible clutch plumbing in the engine bay.

The result is a simpler hydraulic path while still maintaining full master-to-slave operation.

PTFE Line with Stainless-Steel Hardware

The JBtuned RSX clutch line uses a PTFE inner liner surrounded by stainless-steel braided reinforcement with a black protective outer coating.

The line uses permanently crimped stainless-steel fittings, with Mil-Spec resistant heat shrink protecting the hose-end transitions for a clean, durable finished assembly.

The supplied banjo bolt and slave-cylinder adapter are also stainless steel, with copper sealing washers provided where required.
