Product Description
Designed for matching e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE fuel hose, this reusable 180° swivel hose end creates a female AN 37° flare connection for pump gasoline, E85/ethanol, and compatible race-fuel systems.
The 180° configuration reverses the hose direction immediately after the connection, allowing the line to route back alongside the component, fuel rail, firewall, chassis, or other nearby plumbing without requiring the PTFE hose itself to make a tight return bend.

Unbranded by Design
The cleanest builds are often the ones where the plumbing disappears into the finished system.
e85Freaks fittings are intentionally produced without exterior logos, laser-etched branding, or oversized manufacturer markings.
Performance builders often put considerable effort into creating tucked and simplified engine bays where fuel plumbing is routed cleanly and kept visually unobtrusive. Repeated logos on every hose end and adapter can draw attention back to hardware the builder is trying to integrate into the overall system.
The logo-free exterior allows the fitting to blend into the plumbing so the hose routing, fabrication, engine, and finished build remain the focus.
No oversized logos. No unnecessary markings. Just a clean, understated fitting that becomes part of the system instead of calling attention to itself.
Unbranded by design—because the fitting should complete your build, not compete with it.
For e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE Hose
This hose end is designed specifically for matching e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE AN hose. The PTFE hose and 350 Series hose end work together as a matched fuel-plumbing system.
350 Series PTFE hose ends are not compatible with 250 Series rubber-core hose. Matching AN sizes do not make the two hose-end systems interchangeable.
Do not assume another PTFE hose is compatible simply because it carries the same AN size. PTFE hose construction and outside diameter can vary between hose systems.
PTFE Hose-End Construction
The 350 Series uses a PTFE-specific compression and olive/ferrule-style termination designed around the construction of the matching PTFE hose.
This differs from the reusable hose-end construction used with the 250 Series rubber-core system and is why the two fitting families remain separate even when the AN connection size is identical.
Why Choose a 180° Hose End?
A 180° hose end is designed for routing situations where the line needs to reverse direction immediately after leaving the connection.
Instead of sending the hose outward and requiring the PTFE line itself to make a tight U-shaped bend, the fitting establishes the return direction at the connection and allows the hose to leave on a path that is nearly parallel to where it started.
This can be especially useful for routing alongside fuel rails, returning a line toward the firewall or chassis, connecting components positioned close together, or keeping plumbing compact around filters, regulators, and other fuel-system components.
A 180° fitting can also be valuable in tucked plumbing layouts where the goal is to keep the fuel line close to the component rather than allowing it to extend farther into the engine bay before turning back.
Choosing the fitting geometry to create the return path can help avoid forcing the PTFE hose into an unnecessarily tight bend immediately after the hose end.
If the line needs to return toward the source but does not require a complete reversal, a 120° or 150° hose end may provide a more natural routing path.
Female AN 37° Flare Connection
The connection side of the hose end uses a female AN 37° flare. The connection seals at the mating flare surfaces rather than at the threads themselves.
Do not apply thread sealant to the AN flare connection. Verify that the mating fitting uses the correct AN size and 37° flare sealing style before assembly.
Reusable Swivel Design
The reusable design allows the hose end to be assembled onto matching 350 Series PTFE hose without permanently crimping the fitting to the hose.
The swivel-style construction also allows the 180° outlet to be properly clocked during assembly, helping position the returning hose toward the intended routing path before final installation.
Built for E85-Compatible PTFE Fuel Systems
The e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE system is suitable for pump gasoline, E85/ethanol, and compatible race fuels, allowing the same PTFE plumbing system to support a range of fuel choices.
E85-compatible plumbing does not by itself make a vehicle flex fuel. True flex-fuel operation requires an appropriate ethanol-content sensor, compatible wiring or electronics, engine-management support, and proper ECU configuration and tuning.
Select the Correct AN Size
Select the hose-end size that matches both the e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE hose and the AN connection being used.
- -4AN
- -6AN
- -8AN
- -10AN
- -12AN
- -16AN
AN size alone does not determine hose compatibility. Always match the fitting to the correct hose family and size.
Matching 350 Series PTFE Fuel Hose
Pair this hose end with e85Freaks 350 Series Nylon Braided PTFE Fuel Hose for a matching reusable PTFE fuel-line assembly.
Need a Different Routing Angle?
The e85Freaks 350 Series PTFE hose-end family is available in multiple routing configurations, including Straight, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 150°, and 180°. Choose the angle that allows the hose to follow a natural path without unnecessary bending or interference with nearby components.
Important: This is a 350 Series PTFE hose end. It is not compatible with e85Freaks 250 Series rubber-core hose.
