6AN Fuel System Extension Kit – EG / EK Civic & DC Integra
The JBtuned Fuel System Extension Kit replaces the remaining factory chassis fuel plumbing on compatible EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras that already have a JBtuned engine-bay feed-and-return or fuel tuck system.
The Extension Kit picks up where the existing JBtuned fuel system stops and continues the 6AN feed and 6AN return all the way back to the fuel tank.
This gives you a modular way to replace the factory chassis fuel lines later without discarding the JBtuned engine-bay fuel system you already purchased.

Compatible JBtuned Fuel Systems
The Extension Kit is designed for compatible JBtuned fuel systems that replace the engine-bay fuel plumbing while initially retaining the vehicle's factory chassis feed and return lines.
Compatible applications include:
- K-Series / K-Swap Level 2 fuel systems
- K-Series / K-Swap Level 3 Fuel Tuck Kits
- B-Series Fuel Tuck Kits
- D-Series Fuel Tuck Kits
- H2D fuel-system configurations
- Other compatible JBtuned feed-and-return fuel systems
The important requirement is that the existing JBtuned system uses a compatible feed-and-return configuration and terminates at the appropriate chassis fuel-line connection point.
Upgrade the Chassis Fuel System Without Starting Over
Many JBtuned fuel tuck and feed-and-return systems are designed so you can retain the factory chassis fuel lines when the engine-bay system is first installed.
That allows you to build the car in stages instead of replacing the entire fuel system at once.
If the build later requires replacement chassis fuel plumbing, the Extension Kit lets you keep the existing JBtuned engine-bay system and replace the remaining factory feed and return lines back to the fuel tank.
You are upgrading the portion of the system that remains rather than purchasing the engine-bay fuel plumbing again.
6AN Feed & 6AN Return
The JBtuned Fuel System Extension Kit uses a 6AN chassis feed and 6AN chassis return.
Both sides of the return-style fuel system are upgraded together.
This is preferable to increasing only the fuel-feed capacity while continuing to rely on the smaller factory return hard line.
The result is a dedicated aftermarket feed-and-return path between the existing JBtuned engine-bay fuel system and the fuel tank.
250 Series Rubber Hose – Pump Gasoline
The Extension Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
While occasional exposure to E85 may occur in some applications, the 250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If your build is intended for continuous E85, ethanol-based race fuels, or requires broader long-term fuel compatibility, a complete fuel system using JBtuned 350 Series PTFE hose may be more appropriate.
K-Swap Level 2 & Level 3 Upgrade Path
For K-swapped EG, EK, and DC chassis, this Extension Kit is the natural chassis-line upgrade for customers who already have a JBtuned Level 2 or Level 3 fuel system.
Level 2 – “I Want Feed & Return”
The JBtuned K-Swap Level 2 Feed & Return Fuel Line Kit converts the K-Series engine side to a return-style fuel system while retaining the OEM firewall filter and factory chassis feed and return hard lines.
Adding the Extension Kit later replaces those remaining factory chassis lines with a dedicated 6AN feed and 6AN return running back to the fuel tank.
Level 3 – “I Want It Cleaner / Tucked”
The JBtuned K-Swap Level 3 Fuel Tuck Kit uses a cleaner return-style engine-bay layout while still retaining the factory chassis feed and return lines.
The Extension Kit allows a Level 3 customer to replace those remaining chassis lines later while keeping the existing tucked engine-bay fuel system.
B-Series, D-Series & H2D Fuel-System Upgrades
The Fuel System Extension Kit is not limited to K-Series swaps.
It also works with compatible JBtuned B-Series, D-Series, H2D, and other feed-and-return fuel tuck systems.
These systems can use the Extension Kit to replace the remaining factory chassis feed and return plumbing while retaining the JBtuned engine-bay portion already installed.
Because JBtuned has produced multiple fuel-system configurations over time, contact us if you have an older system and are unsure whether your existing connection configuration is compatible.
Not the Same as a Single Chassis Feed Upgrade
This Extension Kit should not be confused with a standalone chassis fuel-feed replacement.
It is intended for return-style fuel systems and replaces both the chassis feed and return together.
This is especially important when increasing fuel-system capacity, because increasing only the feed while continuing to rely on a smaller factory return line is not the recommended configuration.
Fuel Pump Hanger Requirements
Replacing the chassis feed and return all the way to the fuel tank requires appropriate connections at the fuel-pump hanger.
The Extension Kit is intended for use with a compatible modified fuel-pump hanger and cannot connect directly to an untouched OEM hanger.

Select the fuel-pump and hanger configuration being used when ordering so the fuel system can be configured appropriately.
Fuel Pump Selection
The fuel pump should be appropriately sized for the engine combination, fuel being used, and expected fuel demand.
A larger fuel line does not by itself increase the output capability of the fuel pump.

Under-Car Fuel-Line Mounting
The new 6AN feed and return lines must be securely supported underneath the vehicle.
For compatible EG, EK, and DC chassis, JBtuned offers JBtuned EG EK Civic / DC Integra Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets .
These brackets are designed to organize compatible aftermarket fuel lines while allowing the vehicle's OEM brake hard lines to remain in place.
Select the bracket configuration that matches the fuel-hose series and fuel-line sizes being installed.

Exact connection components vary depending on the chassis, existing JBtuned fuel-system configuration, and fuel-pump hanger setup.
A compatible modified fuel-pump hanger is required.
Fuel pump, hanger upgrade, and under-car mounting brackets are not included unless selected or purchased separately.
Starting From Scratch?
The Extension Kit makes the most sense when you already own a compatible JBtuned engine-bay fuel system and now want to replace the remaining chassis fuel lines.

Fuel Compatibility
This Extension Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series hose and is intended primarily for conventional pump gasoline.

Select the EG Civic, EK Civic, or DC Integra chassis receiving the fuel-system extension.
Existing JBtuned Fuel System
Select the JBtuned engine-bay fuel system you are extending.
This allows the Extension Kit to be configured for the appropriate connection to your existing system.
Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade
Select the appropriate JBtuned fuel-pump hanger upgrade if your factory hanger has not already been configured for the aftermarket feed-and-return system.
Fuel Pump
Select this option if you need a compatible fuel pump supplied with the system.
Under-Car Fuel Line Brackets
Add the JBtuned Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets for a clean and secure under-car installation on compatible EG, EK, and DC chassis.
Installation Information
Installation replaces the factory chassis feed and return plumbing between the existing JBtuned engine-bay fuel system and the fuel tank.
The vehicle must have a compatible modified fuel-pump hanger capable of connecting to the aftermarket feed-and-return system.
All fuel lines must be securely supported and routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving parts, and areas where excessive heat or abrasion may damage the hose.
After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with AN fuel systems, fuel-pump hanger modification, or automotive fuel plumbing.
