Product Description
Hyundai Veloster, Kia Forte Koup SX & Soul 350 Series PTFE Fuel Feed Line Upgrade Kit
The JBtuned 350 Series PTFE Fuel Feed Line Upgrade Kit replaces the factory fuel-feed plumbing on compatible Hyundai Veloster, Kia Forte Koup SX and Kia Soul applications with a complete pre-assembled aftermarket fuel line running from the fuel-tank area to the engine bay.
The kit uses JBtuned 350 Series PTFE fuel hose with stainless reinforcement, a black nylon outer braid and black AN fittings for broad fuel compatibility and a clean OEM-style appearance.
Each line is configured for the Year and Model selected when ordering so the factory feed path can be replaced without requiring the customer to assemble a custom fuel line from individual hose and fittings.

Replaces the Factory Fuel-Feed Path
The JBtuned Fuel Feed Line Upgrade Kit replaces the original fuel-feed plumbing between the fuel-tank area and engine bay with a complete aftermarket PTFE line.
This removes the original combination of factory hard and soft feed-line sections from the fuel-delivery path and replaces them with one configured JBtuned fuel-line assembly.
The product is designed specifically as a fuel-feed upgrade. It does not add a dedicated fuel return or convert the vehicle to a different fuel-system architecture.
Why Upgrade the Factory Fuel Feed?
An upgraded fuel-feed line can be useful on vehicles with modified fuel systems, increased fuel demand or aging original fuel plumbing.
Certain Veloster applications also have documented history involving the factory fuel-feed tube. Hyundai issued service information for certain vehicles describing an internal limitation in the fuel-feed tube that could contribute to a P0087 fuel-pressure-low condition.
The JBtuned line is an aftermarket fuel-system upgrade and should not be confused with an OEM Hyundai service-campaign replacement part.
Fuel-pressure problems can have multiple causes, including pumps, filters, electrical supply, high-pressure fuel-system components and engine-management issues. Replacing the feed line should not be treated as a guaranteed repair for every low-fuel-pressure condition.
350 Series PTFE - Pump Gas / E85 / Compatible Race Fuels
The JBtuned Hyundai / Kia Fuel Feed Line Upgrade uses JBtuned 350 Series PTFE fuel hose.
350 Series construction uses a PTFE liner with stainless reinforcement and a black nylon outer braid.
350 Series PTFE is appropriate for:
- Conventional pump gasoline
- E85 and ethanol-based fuels
- Compatible race fuels
- Gasoline builds that may move to ethanol-based fuel later
Choosing PTFE does not mean the vehicle has to run E85.
The PTFE construction simply provides broader fuel compatibility than a conventional rubber-core fuel hose.
E85 Compatible Does Not Automatically Mean Flex Fuel
The JBtuned 350 Series PTFE fuel line is compatible with E85 and ethanol-based fuels, but replacing the fuel-feed line does not by itself make the vehicle a flex-fuel system.
A sensor-based flex-fuel strategy typically requires an ethanol-content sensor, compatible wiring or electronics, compatible engine management, ECU configuration and appropriate tuning.
Fuel compatibility must also be considered across the complete fuel system, including the fuel pump, filters, seals and other fuel-contact components.

Hyundai & Kia Application Fitment
Current JBtuned application families include:
- Compatible Hyundai Veloster applications
- Compatible Kia Forte Koup SX applications
- Compatible Kia Soul applications
Select the correct Year and Model when ordering.
Fitment should be determined by the available JBtuned Year / Model options rather than assuming that the line fits every trim or engine offered within a particular model family.
Hyundai and Kia used related fuel-system components across several platforms, but similar factory components do not automatically mean that fuel-line length, routing and connection requirements are identical.
If your exact vehicle configuration is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Pre-Assembled Vehicle-Specific Fuel Line
The JBtuned kit is supplied as an assembled fuel-feed line rather than a collection of bulk hose and loose fittings.
The goal is to provide the customer with the configured plumbing needed for the selected application without requiring them to determine hose construction, fitting combinations or connection methods themselves.
Final installation routing depends on the vehicle and surrounding components, but the line is assembled around the supported application selected when ordering.
Black Hose & Fittings
JBtuned 350 Series hose uses a black nylon outer braid over the stainless reinforcement, and the configured fuel line uses black fittings.
This provides the chemical and structural benefits of the PTFE hose construction while maintaining a subdued appearance in the engine bay and underneath the vehicle.
Ordering Options
Year: Select the model year of the vehicle receiving the fuel-feed line.
Model: Select the exact supported Hyundai or Kia application.
The Year and Model selections determine the line and connection configuration supplied with the kit.
If your vehicle or configuration is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering rather than selecting a similar vehicle.
Installation Notes
- The fuel system must be safely depressurized before disconnecting any fuel plumbing.
- Inspect the fuel-pump connection, engine-side connection and surrounding components before installation.
- Route and support the replacement fuel line so it cannot contact sharp edges, exhaust components, moving components or areas where road debris or abrasion could damage the hose.
- Avoid tight bends, twists or routing that places unnecessary load on the fittings.
- Direct-injection fuel systems can contain both low- and high-pressure fuel circuits. Follow the appropriate factory service procedure for the specific vehicle before servicing the fuel system.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection and the full length of the line for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Changes to the fuel pump, fuel type, engine output or other fuel-system components may require appropriate engine-management configuration and tuning.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with modified Hyundai / Kia fuel systems or automotive fuel plumbing.
For off-road use only.
