Product Description
EG / EK Civic & DC Integra K-Swap Complete Fuel System - K20 / K24 (Level 4)
The JBtuned Level 4 K-Swap Complete Fuel System replaces the factory chassis fuel plumbing on EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras running a K20 or K24 engine swap.
Level 4 replaces the fuel feed and return from the tank to the engine and back with a complete aftermarket AN fuel system. Choose a 6AN or 8AN feed, a dedicated 6AN return, and either JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core hose for pump gasoline or JBtuned 350 Series PTFE hose for broader fuel compatibility.
This is Level 4 in the JBtuned K-Swap fuel-system lineup: “I want to replace everything.”

Exact line and connection configurations vary based on the chassis, engine, intake manifold, fuel rail, regulator, feed-line size, hose series and options selected when ordering.
The base Level 4 system does not include a fuel pump or fuel filter. These are selected separately based on the requirements of the build.
Required Parts Not Included
Aftermarket K-Series Fuel Rail: Level 4 requires a compatible aftermarket K-Series fuel rail. Select the rail installed on your engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the appropriate connections. If your rail is not listed, contact JBtuned before ordering.
External Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator: A compatible external adjustable fuel pressure regulator is required to control fuel pressure and provide the return path back to the fuel tank. If you do not already have a regulator, shop JBtuned fuel pressure regulators for compatible options.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Mounting: The regulator mounts to the USDM driver-side shock tower. JBtuned offers a dedicated Fuel Pressure Regulator Mounting Bracket for EG / EK Civic and DC Integra that uses the upper control-arm mounting points for a clean, secure installation.
Fuel Pump: The fuel pump must be selected according to the fuel being used, required fuel volume, operating pressure and electrical system. A fuel pump is not included with the base Level 4 system. Shop JBtuned fuel pumps.
What Level 4 Changes
Levels 1 through 3 retain some or all of the vehicle's original chassis fuel plumbing. Level 4 replaces the factory chassis feed and return with dedicated aftermarket fuel lines running from the fuel tank to the engine bay and back.
Factory K-Series applications use a returnless engine-side fuel-system arrangement. Level 4 converts the K-Series engine side to a dedicated return-style system using an aftermarket fuel rail, external adjustable fuel pressure regulator and dedicated return line.
Because the complete chassis plumbing is being replaced, Level 4 does not rely on the original Honda feed or return hard lines.
6AN or 8AN Feed With 6AN Return
Level 4 allows the feed-line size to be selected according to the requirements of the build.
- 6AN Feed / 6AN Return
- 8AN Feed / 6AN Return
The return side remains 6AN with either feed configuration.
Choose the feed size appropriate for the engine combination, fuel pump, fuel type, operating pressure and expected fuel demand. If you are unsure which size is appropriate, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Choose the Correct Fuel Hose
Level 4 is available with two JBtuned fuel-hose families. The Level determines the fuel-system architecture; the hose series determines fuel compatibility.
250 Series Rubber-Core Hose - Pump Gasoline: Choose JBtuned 250 Series for conventional pump-gasoline applications. 250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
350 Series PTFE Hose - Pump Gas / E85 / Compatible Race Fuels: Choose JBtuned 350 Series PTFE for pump gasoline, E85 / ethanol and compatible race fuels, or for a gasoline build where broader future fuel compatibility is desired.
Choosing 350 Series PTFE does not mean the vehicle has to run E85, and PTFE-compatible plumbing alone does not make the vehicle a flex-fuel system.
If a sensor-based flex-fuel strategy is being used, ethanol-content sensing, wiring, compatible ECU strategy, configuration and tuning are separate parts of the engine-management system.

Vehicle & Engine Fitment
- 1992-1995 Honda Civic EG
- 1996-2000 Honda Civic EK
- 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC / DC2
- K20 engine swaps
- K24 engine swaps
K-swapped vehicles can use many combinations of engines, intake manifolds, fuel rails, regulators, mounts, turbo systems and other components. Select the correct chassis, engine, intake manifold and fuel rail when ordering so JBtuned can configure the system for the components being used.
If your configuration is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Ordering Options
Vehicle / Chassis: Select the EG Civic, EK Civic or DC Integra receiving the K-Series swap.
Engine: Select the K20 or K24 engine configuration being used.
Intake Manifold: Select the intake manifold installed on the engine. The engine and intake-manifold combination can affect available space and fuel-system configuration.
Fuel Rail: Select the aftermarket K-Series fuel rail installed on the engine. Different rails require different connection configurations.
Regulator Inlet: Select the connection required by the external fuel pressure regulator being used.
Feed Line Size: Choose either a 6AN or 8AN feed. The return line remains 6AN.
Fuel Hose Series: Choose 250 Series rubber-core hose for pump gasoline or 350 Series PTFE for pump gasoline, E85 / ethanol and compatible race fuels.
Fuel Filter: The base Level 4 system does not include a fuel filter. Select the appropriate filter option if you want a filter configured into the system.
Flex-Fuel Sensor Provision: Select this option if the fuel system needs to be configured to accommodate an ethanol-content sensor. The sensor itself is not included with the provision.
High Heat Sleeve: Select additional heat protection when fuel plumbing will operate near turbochargers, exhaust manifolds, wastegates, downpipes or other major heat sources.
Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade: Select the appropriate JBtuned hanger upgrade if the factory sending unit has not already been configured for the aftermarket AN feed-and-return system and fuel pump being used.
Under-Car Fuel Line Brackets: Add the JBtuned Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets for secure under-car mounting of compatible 6AN or 8AN feed and 6AN return configurations.
Fuel Pump Hanger & Under-Car Line Support
A complete Level 4 system requires appropriate connections at the fuel tank for the new aftermarket feed and return plumbing.
If the factory hanger has not already been configured for the pump and AN plumbing being used, see the JBtuned Civic / Integra OEM Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade Kit.
For compatible EG, EK and DC chassis, JBtuned also offers JBtuned EG EK Civic / DC Integra Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets for supporting the new under-car feed and return lines while allowing the OEM brake hard lines to remain in place.
Optional Flex-Fuel Sensor Provision
If the build will use an ethanol-content sensor, select the Flex-Fuel Sensor Provision when ordering so the fuel-line system can be configured to accommodate the sensor.
The ethanol-content sensor itself is not included with the provision. JBtuned offers the Genuine Continental Flex-Fuel Sensor separately.
A flex-fuel sensor should be securely mounted rather than left supported by the fuel lines. JBtuned also offers a Flex-Fuel Sensor Mounting Bracket for compatible installations.
High-Heat Protection for Turbo K-Swaps
Turbocharged K-swaps can place fuel-system components close to turbochargers, exhaust manifolds, wastegates, downpipes and other major heat sources.
Select the High Heat Sleeve option when additional thermal protection is appropriate for the installation. The installer must still verify adequate clearance between the fuel plumbing and exhaust components or other major heat sources.
Already Have Level 2 or Level 3?
If you already own a Level 2 or Level 3 JBtuned K-Swap fuel system and later decide to replace the remaining factory chassis fuel lines, you may not need to purchase the complete Level 4 system.
The JBtuned Fuel Line Extension Kit continues the existing Level 2 or Level 3 feed and return plumbing back to the fuel tank.
This allows you to retain the JBtuned engine-bay system you already purchased while upgrading the remaining factory chassis plumbing.

Which Level Should I Choose?
Choose Level 4 if you want to replace the factory chassis fuel plumbing with a complete aftermarket feed-and-return system from the fuel tank to the engine and back.
If you want to retain the factory chassis lines, one of the lower K-Swap fuel-system levels may be the better fit depending on whether you need a simple feed, a return-style system or a tucked engine-bay layout.
Installation Notes
- Installation requires access to the fuel tank, underbody fuel-line routing, engine-bay fuel-system components and fuel-pump hanger connections.
- All fuel lines must be securely supported and routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving parts and areas where excessive heat or abrasion may damage the system.
- Turbocharged applications require additional attention to fuel-line clearance and heat protection.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with AN fuel systems, fuel-pump hanger modification, adjustable fuel pressure regulators or K-Series engine swaps.
For off-road use only.
