Product Description
H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit – EG / EK Civic & DC Integra
The JBtuned H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit provides a clean feed-and-return fuel-system solution for compatible EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras running an H2B engine and transmission combination.
The system replaces the bulky OEM firewall fuel-filter arrangement with a compact inline fuel filter and converts the engine-bay fuel plumbing to a cleaner 6AN feed-and-return layout.
The factory chassis fuel lines remain in use, making this a good option for H2B builds that want a cleaner engine bay without replacing the complete fuel system from the tank forward.
Designed Specifically for H2B Applications
This kit was developed and configured around an H2B swap.
It should not automatically be assumed to fit a conventional H-Series or all-H22 installation simply because the engine family is similar.
JBtuned has not verified this kit as a universal all-H22 fuel-line solution.
If you are building an H-Series combination that is not an H2B setup, contact JBtuned before ordering so we can determine whether the configuration is appropriate.
Vehicle Fitment
- Honda Civic EG
- Honda Civic EK
- Acura Integra DC
- Honda Del Sol applications using compatible EG-style chassis plumbing
Final fitment depends on the H2B engine configuration, aftermarket fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and surrounding engine-bay components.
Cleaner Tucked Feed & Return Layout
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit replaces the visible engine-bay fuel plumbing with a dedicated feed-and-return configuration.
The goal is not to make every fuel line disappear. The goal is to remove unnecessary visual clutter, eliminate the large OEM firewall fuel filter, and provide a cleaner fuel-system layout around the H2B installation.
Because H2B swaps can vary considerably depending on engine, intake manifold, header, transmission adapter, mounts, and other components, final routing must be verified during installation.
Removes the OEM Firewall Fuel Filter
This kit eliminates the large factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter from the engine bay.
A compact inline fuel filter is incorporated into the new feed-side plumbing, allowing the fuel system to maintain filtration while creating a cleaner and less visually intrusive engine-bay layout.
Compact Inline Fuel Filter
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit includes a compact e85Freaks inline mini fuel filter.
- Compact inline design
- Replaceable 30-micron bronze filter element
- Viton seals
- Serviceable filter element
The compact filter replaces the bulky OEM firewall-mounted filter while remaining serviceable as part of the new AN-style fuel system.
6AN Feed & Return Plumbing
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit uses a 6AN engine-bay feed-and-return configuration.
The system connects to the vehicle's existing chassis fuel plumbing and continues through the new engine-bay feed, fuel rail, regulator, and return-side arrangement.
JBtuned supplies the configured fuel-line assemblies and connection components needed for the selected setup without requiring you to determine the individual AN components yourself.
250 Series Rubber Hose – Pump Gasoline
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core braided fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
While occasional exposure to E85 may occur in some applications, the 250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If your H2B build is being designed around continuous E85, ethanol-based race fuels, or broader long-term fuel compatibility, contact JBtuned about the appropriate PTFE fuel-system configuration.
Aftermarket Fuel Rail Required
A compatible aftermarket fuel rail is required for this H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit.
The factory fuel rail is not supported by the standard kit configuration.
Select the fuel rail installed on your engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the appropriate connection.
If your fuel rail is not listed, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Configuration
The return-style fuel system requires a compatible fuel pressure regulator configuration.
Select the fuel pressure regulator being used when ordering so JBtuned can provide the appropriate connections for the configured system.
If you are unsure whether your regulator is compatible, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Uses the Factory Chassis Fuel Lines
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit replaces the engine-bay portion of the fuel system while retaining the vehicle's existing chassis feed and return hard lines.
This allows you to clean up the engine bay without immediately replacing the fuel plumbing underneath the entire vehicle.
Modification of the existing chassis fuel-line connection points is required during installation.
Want to Replace the Chassis Fuel Lines Later?
The H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit is designed so the factory chassis fuel lines can remain in place when the engine-bay system is first installed.
If you later decide to replace the remaining chassis feed and return plumbing, add the JBtuned Fuel System Extension Kit .
The Extension Kit picks up where the compatible H2B engine-bay fuel system stops and continues the feed and return plumbing all the way back to the fuel tank.
This gives you a modular upgrade path without requiring you to discard the H2B engine-bay fuel system you already purchased.
Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade When Adding the Extension Kit
If you later extend the H2B fuel system all the way to the tank, the new feed-and-return plumbing requires a compatible fuel-pump hanger connection.
For compatible applications, consider the JBtuned Civic / Integra OEM Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade Kit .
The correct hanger configuration depends on the chassis, fuel pump, and complete fuel-system setup.
Under-Car Fuel-Line Mounting
When the H2B system is later expanded with aftermarket chassis feed and return lines, those lines must be securely supported underneath the vehicle.
For compatible EG, EK, and DC chassis, JBtuned offers JBtuned EG EK Civic / DC Integra Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets .
The brackets are designed to support compatible aftermarket fuel lines while allowing the OEM brake hard lines to remain in place.
What Comes With the H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit

Also Building the H2B Clutch System?
For a matching H2B hydraulic clutch solution, JBtuned also offers the JBtuned H2B Swap Clutch Line Kit .
The clutch-line kit is designed specifically for compatible H2B-swapped EG, EK, and DC chassis.
Pump Gas, E85 & Fuel Compatibility
This H2B Fuel Line Tuck Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series hose and is intended primarily for conventional pump gasoline.
If you are planning continuous E85 use, fuel compatibility needs to be considered across the entire fuel system, including hose, filter, seals, regulator, pump, and other fuel-contact components.

Ordering Options Explained
Vehicle / Chassis
Select the Civic, Integra, or compatible Del Sol chassis receiving the H2B fuel system.
Fuel Rail
Select the compatible aftermarket fuel rail installed on the H-Series engine.
Different fuel rails require different connection configurations.
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Select the fuel pressure regulator configuration being used with the return-style fuel system.
This allows JBtuned to provide the appropriate regulator-side connections for the configured kit.
Installation Information
Installation removes the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and replaces the engine-bay fuel plumbing with a compact feed-and-return AN fuel-system layout.
Modification of the existing chassis fuel-line connection points is required.
All fuel lines must be securely mounted and routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving parts, and areas where excessive heat or abrasion may damage the hose.
H2B swaps can place fuel-system components near headers and other significant heat sources, so the installer must verify adequate clearance and heat protection for the specific vehicle.
After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with AN fuel systems, chassis fuel-line modification, or H2B engine swaps.
For off-road use only.
