Product Description
EG / EK Civic & DC Integra Tank-to-OEM-Filter 6AN Fuel Feed Line
The JBtuned Tank-to-OEM-Filter 6AN Fuel Feed Line replaces the factory chassis fuel-feed line on compatible EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras while retaining the OEM firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
This is a chassis-based fuel line rather than an engine-specific product. It can be used as a standalone replacement for an aging factory feed line or paired with compatible JBtuned Level 1 fuel systems to extend the upgraded fuel feed from the engine bay all the way back to the fuel tank.
The current version uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core fuel hose and is intended for conventional pump gasoline.

Standalone Chassis Fuel-Feed Replacement
You do not need to have another JBtuned fuel-system kit installed to use this product.
The Tank-to-OEM-Filter line can be used by itself to replace the original chassis fuel feed between the fuel-tank area and the OEM firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
This makes it useful for vehicles with an original steel feed line that is corroded, damaged, previously modified or simply being replaced as part of a fuel-system refresh.
The OEM firewall filter and existing return-side system remain in place.
Expand a Compatible Level 1 Fuel System
This line can also be used as an expansion for compatible JBtuned Level 1 fuel systems.
A typical Level 1 system upgrades the engine-bay fuel-feed connection while retaining the OEM firewall filter and original chassis fuel supply.
Adding the Tank-to-OEM-Filter 6AN Fuel Feed Line replaces that remaining factory chassis feed while keeping the OEM filter, Level 1 engine-bay line and compatible existing return-side system in place.
This gives customers a modular way to replace more of the feed side without moving to a dedicated feed-and-return engine-bay system or a complete Level 4 fuel-system replacement.
Not Engine-Specific
The Tank-to-OEM-Filter line is based primarily on the chassis and OEM firewall fuel-filter arrangement rather than the engine installed in the vehicle.
It can be incorporated into compatible fuel systems using B-Series, D-Series, J-Series, K-Series swaps and other engine combinations as long as the fuel system continues to use the supported OEM firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
If the fuel system removes the OEM firewall filter entirely, this is not the appropriate chassis fuel line for that configuration.
6AN Chassis Fuel Feed
The replacement chassis feed uses a 6AN fuel-line configuration.
It provides a complete aftermarket feed path between the fuel-tank area and the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter.
This can be used simply to replace an aging factory line or as part of a compatible 6AN pump-gas fuel-system configuration.
Retains the OEM Honda Firewall Fuel Filter
This product is specifically designed around retaining the factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
The new 6AN chassis line supplies the OEM filter in place of the original chassis fuel-feed line.
The engine-bay fuel system downstream of the filter can remain factory-style or use a compatible JBtuned filter-to-rail fuel line.
250 Series - Pump Gasoline
The current Tank-to-OEM-Filter Fuel Feed Line uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
This product should be considered a pump-gas chassis fuel-line replacement or Level 1 feed expansion rather than an E85 fuel-system conversion.
Previously Offered as a PTFE / E85 Configuration
Long-time JBtuned customers may recognize an earlier version of this product that used PTFE fuel hose.
The current product is supplied with JBtuned 250 Series pump-gas hose.
Replacing only the chassis feed with PTFE does not make the complete surrounding fuel system suitable for continuous E85 use. The OEM firewall filter and other original fuel-system components remain part of the system.
For continuous E85 or ethanol-based fuel use, choose an appropriate complete JBtuned system designed around 350 Series PTFE plumbing and compatible fuel-system components.
Compatible JBtuned Level 1 Fuel Systems
The Tank-to-OEM-Filter line can be paired with several JBtuned Level 1 engine-bay fuel-feed products on compatible EG, EK and DC chassis.
B-Series Level 1: The JBtuned B-Series OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line (Level 1) connects the OEM firewall filter to a compatible B-Series fuel rail. Adding this chassis line replaces the remaining factory feed back to the tank.
D-Series Level 1: The JBtuned D-Series OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line (Level 1) upgrades the engine-bay feed between the OEM filter and D-Series fuel rail. Adding this chassis line provides a 6AN replacement feed from the tank area to the filter.
J-Series Level 1: The JBtuned J-Series Swap OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line (Level 1) retains the OEM firewall filter and compatible factory-style J-Series fuel system. Adding this line replaces the factory chassis feed while retaining that same OEM-filter-based architecture.
K-Series Level 1: The JBtuned K-Swap OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line - K20/K24 (Level 1) provides the engine-bay feed for compatible K-Series swaps retaining the OEM firewall filter. Adding this chassis line replaces the factory feed between the tank area and filter.
These are common JBtuned combinations rather than the only possible applications. Because the Tank-to-OEM-Filter line is chassis-based, it may also be used with other compatible fuel-system configurations that retain the OEM firewall-mounted Honda filter.
EG Civic & 1994-1995 Integra Fuel-Hanger Connection
1992-1995 Honda Civic EG and 1994-1995 Acura Integra applications use a replacement banjo fitting at the fuel-pump hanger.
The original Honda banjo bolt and sealing washers must be retained and reused with the supplied replacement fitting.
Because the replacement fitting is larger than the original connection, the fuel-pump hanger may require minor trimming around the banjo-fitting area to provide adequate clearance.
This requirement applies specifically to the EG Civic and 1994-1995 Integra configurations.
Select the correct Vehicle / Chassis option when ordering so the appropriate tank-side connection components are supplied.
Return-Style Fuel Systems
This product replaces only the chassis fuel-feed line.
For a simple OEM-filter-based Level 1 system, the vehicle's existing return-side plumbing can remain in place.
If you are building a dedicated feed-and-return fuel system and intend to replace the chassis plumbing, JBtuned generally recommends replacing the feed and return together rather than increasing only the feed while continuing to rely on the factory return line.
For compatible JBtuned Level 2 and Level 3 systems, use the JBtuned EG/EK Civic & DC Integra Fuel System Expansion Kit - 6AN Feed & Return.
The Fuel System Expansion Kit replaces the compatible chassis feed and return together rather than upgrading only the feed side.
Need PTFE or Continuous E85 Capability?
If your vehicle will run continuous E85, ethanol-based fuels or another application requiring broader fuel compatibility, this 250 Series OEM-filter-based chassis line is not the recommended solution.
Choose an appropriate complete JBtuned fuel-system configuration using 350 Series PTFE hose for the engine and chassis combination.
A complete-system approach allows the feed, return, filtration, seals and other fuel-contact components to be selected with the intended fuel compatibility in mind.

Under-Car Fuel-Line Routing
The replacement line runs underneath the vehicle between the fuel-tank area and the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter.
The line must be securely supported and routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving components and areas where excessive heat or abrasion could damage the hose.
Where appropriate for the chassis and installation, the replacement line can follow the factory underbody fuel-line routing area.
