JBtuned B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit with Inline Filter

The JBtuned B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit is designed for Honda Civic, Acura Integra, and Del Sol applications running a Honda B-Series engine.

This kit upgrades the engine-bay fuel plumbing to a clean 6AN feed and return configuration while retaining the factory Honda fuel hard lines underneath the vehicle.

The system includes a complete engine-bay feed line with inline fuel filter, a return line, proper hardline-to-AN connections, and the components required to connect the system to your selected fuel-rail configuration.

The result is a cleaner, more purpose-built engine bay with AN-style fuel plumbing without requiring replacement of the complete factory fuel system.

Clean Engine-Bay Fuel-System Upgrade

The goal of this kit is to replace the factory engine-bay fuel-line routing with a cleaner and tucked style AN fuel-system layout.

The factory chassis hard lines remain in place underneath the vehicle, while the visible engine-bay portions of the feed and return system are replaced with JBtuned 6AN fuel-line assemblies.

This makes the kit a great option for:

Fuel Compatibility

This version of the JBtuned fuel-line tuck kit uses standard 250-series rubber-core braided fuel hose.

This kit is intended for conventional pump-gasoline applications.

It is not intended to convert the vehicle to E85 or other high-ethanol fuels.

The included inline fuel filter uses ethanol-compatible components, but the complete fuel-line system should only be considered compatible with the fuel types supported by all of the components in the vehicle.

Planning a Turbo, High-Horsepower, E85, or Flex-Fuel Build?

This fuel-line tuck kit retains the factory Honda fuel hard lines underneath the vehicle. Because those factory lines remain part of the system, the vehicle's overall fuel-system capacity is still influenced by the OEM chassis plumbing.

If your build is being designed around increased fuel demand, turbocharging, higher horsepower, E85, or flex-fuel capability, one of our complete fuel-system replacements may be a better fit.

Both of the JBtuned complete B-Series fuel systems below are designed for performance applications. Neither system requires you to run E85 — PTFE configurations can also be used with conventional pump gasoline.

B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System

The JBtuned B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System is a full PTFE feed-and-return fuel system designed around the additional plumbing and layout required to integrate a flex-fuel sensor.

This system is well suited for turbocharged and higher-horsepower builds whether you plan to run pump gasoline, E85, or a flex-fuel calibration.

Choose this version when you specifically want the fuel system configured around a flex-fuel sensor installation.

B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System

The JBtuned B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System also replaces the factory chassis fuel plumbing and is designed for turbocharged, higher-horsepower, and performance-oriented builds.

This version does not use the flex-fuel-sensor-specific layout of the Complete Flex-Fuel System.

It is available with different hose configurations depending on the fuel you plan to use. For an E85 or ethanol-based setup, select the PTFE hose option. The PTFE configuration can also be used with conventional pump gasoline.

Choose this system when you want a complete performance fuel-system replacement but do not need the system specifically configured around a flex-fuel sensor.

Fuel-Line Configuration

Feed Line:
6AN braided fuel hose with inline fuel filter.

Return Line:
6AN braided fuel hose.

Hose Type:
250-series rubber-core braided fuel hose.

Factory Hard Lines:
The factory fuel hard lines underneath the vehicle are retained and adapted to the new AN fuel-line assemblies in the engine bay.

Proper Hardline-to-AN Connections

A major part of the JBtuned design is the proper conversion of the factory Honda fuel hard lines to AN connections.

The kit includes dedicated hardline-to-AN adapters for both the fuel feed and return, creating a clean connection between the factory chassis plumbing and the new 6AN engine-bay fuel lines.

The adapters, fittings, and line assemblies are selected and configured as part of the complete JBtuned kit so you do not have to determine and piece together the individual components yourself.

Included Inline Fuel Filter

The system includes an e85Freaks mini inline fuel filter.

The filter features:

• Replaceable 30-micron bronze filter element
• Viton seals
• Compact inline design
• Serviceable filter element

Its compact design allows the fuel filter to be incorporated into the tucked fuel-line layout without using the larger factory engine-bay filter arrangement.

JBtuned Engineered Fuel-Line Configuration

JBtuned developed the fuel-line routing and component configuration specifically for these Honda applications.

The goal is to provide a clean tucked appearance, proper fitment, and a well-organized fuel-flow path without requiring the customer to determine the correct combination of individual AN components.

The supplied fuel-line assemblies and connection components are configured around the vehicle and fuel-rail options selected when ordering.

Fuel Rail Options

This kit can be configured for either an aftermarket B-Series fuel rail or the factory Honda B-Series fuel rail.

Select the fuel rail installed on your vehicle when ordering so JBtuned can provide the appropriate connection configuration.

Aftermarket Fuel Rail & Regulator

An aftermarket B-Series fuel rail with a compatible rail-mounted adjustable fuel pressure regulator provides the cleanest and most straightforward configuration.

The JBtuned fuel-line system is configured around the rail selected when ordering so the supplied feed and return assemblies match the intended setup.

OEM Fuel Rail & Fuel Pressure Regulator

The factory Honda fuel rail can be used with this kit and remains a popular option.

The OEM fuel rail itself does not create a problem with the JBtuned fuel-line system.

The main consideration is the factory fuel pressure regulator.

The OEM regulator uses a relatively small return-line barb compared with the 6AN return hose supplied with the kit.

Because of this size difference, the return-line connection requires careful clamping to achieve a proper seal when using the factory regulator.

Always inspect and verify this connection for leaks before operating the vehicle.

Customers wanting to keep their OEM fuel rail but wanting a cleaner AN-style regulator should consider the AEM Honda / Acura Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator .

Vehicle

Fuel Rail

Select the fuel rail currently installed on your B-Series engine.

Factory and aftermarket fuel rails can require different connections, so this selection allows JBtuned to configure the kit appropriately.

Fuel Pressure Regulator

This fuel-line tuck kit is designed around a rail-mounted fuel pressure regulator.

The system can be configured for an aftermarket rail-mounted regulator or the factory Honda fuel pressure regulator depending on your selected fuel-rail setup.

Custom off-rail fuel pressure regulator configurations are not offered with this kit.

Installation Overview

This is a DIY fuel-line conversion that retains the factory hard lines underneath the vehicle and replaces the engine-bay portions with the supplied JBtuned 6AN fuel-line assemblies.

Installation requires modification and proper preparation of the factory fuel hard lines so the supplied hardline-to-AN adapters can be installed.

Because vehicle condition and individual engine-bay configurations can vary, refer to the product photos and supplied information when planning your installation.

If you are not comfortable modifying factory fuel lines or working with AN fuel-system components, professional installation is recommended.
