Product Description
B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit with Inline Filter
The JBtuned B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit is the Level 3 fuel-system upgrade for compatible EG and EK Honda Civics, DC Acura Integras, and Honda Del Sols running a B-Series engine.
Level 3 upgrades the engine-bay fuel system to a clean 6AN feed-and-return layout, removes the large OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter, and replaces it with a compact inline filter while retaining the vehicle's factory chassis fuel hard lines.
This is the right step for customers who want a cleaner tucked engine bay and a more complete feed-and-return fuel-line upgrade without replacing the entire chassis fuel system.
Level 3 – “I Want It Cleaner / Tucked”
This is Level 3 in the JBtuned B-Series fuel-system lineup: “I want it cleaner / tucked.”
Level 3 goes beyond the OEM-filter-based Level 1 and Level 2 systems by removing the factory firewall fuel filter and replacing the visible engine-bay feed and return plumbing with a cleaner AN-style layout.
The factory chassis feed and return hard lines remain in place underneath the vehicle, allowing you to clean up the engine bay without replacing the complete fuel system from the tank forward.

Final fitment depends on the chassis, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and surrounding engine-bay components.
If you have an unusual combination, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Removes the OEM Firewall Fuel Filter
The major difference between Level 3 and the lower B-Series fuel-system levels is the fuel-filter arrangement.
Level 3 removes the large factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter and replaces it with a compact inline filter incorporated into the new engine-bay fuel-feed system.
Removing the OEM filter allows the fuel plumbing to be arranged in a cleaner, less visually intrusive layout while maintaining a serviceable fuel filter in the system.
Compact Inline Fuel Filter
The B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit includes a compact e85Freaks inline mini fuel filter.
- Compact inline design
- Replaceable 30-micron bronze filter element
- Viton seals
- Serviceable filter element
The compact filter replaces the bulky OEM firewall-mounted filter and allows the feed-side plumbing to fit naturally into the tucked engine-bay layout.
6AN Feed & Return Plumbing
Level 3 uses a 6AN engine-bay fuel feed and 6AN engine-bay return.
The new fuel-line assemblies connect the existing chassis fuel plumbing to the B-Series fuel rail and regulator configuration selected when ordering.
JBtuned supplies the configured line assemblies and required connection components so you do not have to determine the individual AN components needed to build the engine-bay system yourself.
Retains the Factory Chassis Fuel Lines
Level 3 replaces the engine-bay portion of the fuel system while retaining the vehicle's original chassis feed and return hard lines underneath the car.
This makes it possible to upgrade the visible engine-bay fuel plumbing and eliminate the OEM firewall filter without immediately replacing the complete chassis fuel system.
Modification of the existing chassis fuel-line connection points is required during installation.
250 Series Rubber Hose – Pump Gasoline
The B-Series Level 3 Fuel Line Tuck Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core braided fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
While occasional exposure to E85 may occur in some applications, the 250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If your build is intended for continuous E85, ethanol-based race fuels, or broader long-term fuel compatibility, consider a complete B-Series fuel system with the appropriate 350 Series PTFE configuration.
OEM or Aftermarket B-Series Fuel Rail
The B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit can be configured for the factory Honda B-Series fuel rail or compatible aftermarket B-Series fuel rails.
Select the fuel rail installed on your engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the appropriate fuel-line connections.
If your fuel rail is not listed, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Configuration
This fuel-line tuck kit is designed around a rail-mounted fuel pressure regulator.
The system can be configured for compatible aftermarket rail-mounted regulators or the factory Honda B-Series fuel pressure regulator depending on the selected fuel-rail setup.
The factory Honda regulator uses a smaller return connection than the 6AN return plumbing used by the Level 3 kit, so the regulator-side connection must be correctly configured and carefully inspected for leaks during installation.
Customers who want to retain the factory-style rail-mounted regulator location while upgrading to an adjustable regulator can consider the AEM Honda / Acura Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator .
Custom off-rail regulator configurations are not part of the standard Level 3 kit.
Cleaner Tucked Engine-Bay Layout
A fuel tuck system does not mean every fuel hose disappears from view.
The goal of Level 3 is to reduce unnecessary visual clutter and create a cleaner, more organized fuel-system layout.
Removing the large OEM firewall filter and replacing the original engine-bay feed and return plumbing gives the B-Series engine bay a cleaner AN-style appearance while retaining practical serviceability.
Final routing depends on the engine, intake manifold, fuel rail, regulator, header, turbocharger, and other components installed in the vehicle.
What Comes With the Kit
- Pre-assembled 6AN engine-bay fuel-feed line assembly
- Pre-assembled 6AN engine-bay fuel-return line assembly
- Compact inline mini fuel filter
- Chassis-line connection components
- Fuel-rail connection components for the selected configuration
- Required connection hardware for the configured fuel-line system
Exact connection components vary depending on the chassis, fuel rail, and fuel pressure regulator selected when ordering.
Fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator are not included unless purchased separately.
Want to Replace the Chassis Fuel Lines Later?
One of the advantages of Level 3 is that you can clean up the engine bay today while continuing to use the factory chassis fuel lines.
If your build later requires replacement chassis fuel plumbing, add the JBtuned Fuel System Extension Kit .
The Extension Kit picks up where the Level 3 engine-bay system stops and continues the feed and return plumbing all the way back to the fuel tank.
This allows you to replace the remaining chassis fuel lines later without discarding the Level 3 engine-bay system you already purchased.
Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade When Adding the Extension Kit
Extending the Level 3 system all the way to the fuel tank requires a compatible fuel-pump hanger connection.
If the factory hanger has not already been configured for aftermarket feed-and-return plumbing, consider the JBtuned Civic / Integra OEM Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade Kit .
The correct hanger configuration depends on the chassis, fuel pump, and complete fuel-system setup.
Under-Car Fuel-Line Mounting
If Level 3 is later expanded with the Fuel System Extension Kit, the new chassis feed and return lines must be securely supported underneath the vehicle.
For compatible EG, EK, and DC chassis, JBtuned offers JBtuned EG EK Civic / DC Integra Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets .
These brackets are designed to support compatible aftermarket fuel lines while allowing the OEM brake hard lines to remain in place.
JBtuned B-Series Fuel-System Progression
Level 1 – “I Just Need the Feed Line”
Want to keep the OEM firewall fuel filter and existing return-side system while replacing or upgrading only the filter-to-rail fuel-feed line?
Start with the JBtuned B-Series Level 1 OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line .
Level 2 – “I Want Feed & Return”
Want to upgrade both the engine-bay feed and return plumbing while still retaining the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter?
Step up to the JBtuned B-Series Level 2 OEM Filter Feed & Return Fuel Line Kit .
Level 2 retains the factory chassis fuel lines and OEM firewall filter while upgrading both sides of the engine-bay fuel plumbing.
Level 3 – “I Want It Cleaner / Tucked”
You are here.
Level 3 retains the factory chassis feed and return lines but removes the OEM firewall fuel filter, adds a compact inline filter, and upgrades the engine bay to a clean 6AN feed-and-return layout.
If the factory chassis lines later become a limitation, Level 3 can be expanded with the JBtuned Fuel System Extension Kit.
Level 4 – “I Want to Replace Everything”
If you already know you want to replace the complete factory chassis fuel plumbing from the fuel tank to the engine and back, move to the JBtuned B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System .
Level 4 is the complete-system option for builds that do not need to retain the original chassis fuel plumbing and may require greater fuel-system capacity or different hose options.
Quick Guide: Which B-Series Fuel Kit Do I Need?
- Level 1 – “I just need the feed line.” Keep the OEM filter, factory chassis plumbing, and existing return side while upgrading the filter-to-rail feed line.
- Level 2 – “I want feed & return.” Keep the OEM firewall filter and factory chassis lines while upgrading both engine-bay feed and return plumbing.
- Level 3 – “I want it cleaner/tucked.” Keep the factory chassis lines, remove the OEM firewall filter, add a compact inline filter, and use a clean 6AN engine-bay feed-and-return layout.
- Level 4 – “I want to replace everything.” Replace the complete chassis fuel plumbing with a full B-Series fuel system.
Need a Complete Flex-Fuel-Sensor-Specific System?
The B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System and B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System are both complete fuel-system options, but they are designed around different layouts.
If your build specifically requires the fuel system to be configured around an ethanol-content sensor, consider the JBtuned B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System .
The Flex-Fuel System is arranged specifically around sensor integration.
E85-compatible plumbing does not automatically make the vehicle flex fuel. True flex-fuel operation also requires an ethanol-content sensor, compatible engine-management electronics, and appropriate tuning.
Pump Gas, E85 & Flex Fuel
This Level 3 B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit uses JBtuned 250 Series hose and is intended for conventional pump-gas applications.
If you are planning continuous E85 use, fuel compatibility must be considered across the entire fuel system, including the fuel hose, filter, seals, regulator, fuel pump, and other fuel-contact components.
Not sure which setup you need? Read our guide to E85, PTFE fuel lines, and flex-fuel systems.
Ordering Options Explained
Vehicle / Chassis
Select the Civic, Integra, or Del Sol chassis receiving the B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit.
Fuel Rail
Select the factory or aftermarket B-Series fuel rail installed on the engine.
Different fuel rails require different connection configurations.
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Select the compatible rail-mounted fuel pressure regulator being used with the system.
The selected fuel rail and regulator configuration determines the appropriate fuel-line connections.
Installation Information
Level 3 removes the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and replaces the engine-bay fuel plumbing with a 6AN feed-and-return layout while retaining the factory chassis fuel hard lines.
Modification of the existing chassis fuel-line connection points is required during installation.
All fuel lines must be securely mounted and routed away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving parts, and areas where excessive heat or abrasion may damage the hose.
Turbocharged applications and other high-heat engine bays require additional attention to fuel-line routing and thermal protection.
After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with AN fuel systems, chassis fuel-line modification, or modified Honda fuel systems.
For off-road use only.

B series fuel line tuck
Pretty straight forward if you kinda know what you're doing. Fittings are good quality so if you want them looking good, you need an AN wrench to avoid scratching. Install was easy...the only hard part is cutting the line itself with a pipe cutter which doesn't really have anything to do with the kit. But other than that, I am very pleased with the way the car looks! Thanks!
