Product Description
JBtuned B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System
The JBtuned B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System is a complete fuel-line replacement for EG and EK Honda Civics and DC Acura Integras running a Honda B-Series engine.
This system is the natural next step beyond our B-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit . Instead of retaining the factory chassis fuel lines, the Full Tucked Fuel System replaces the fuel plumbing from the tank to the engine and back with full-length JBtuned AN fuel-line assemblies.
The result combines a clean tucked engine-bay layout with a complete fuel-system configuration better suited for turbocharged, higher-horsepower, and performance-oriented B-Series builds.
Complete Fuel-Tank-to-Engine Fuel-System Replacement
Unlike an engine-bay-only fuel-line tuck kit, this system removes the factory fuel hard lines from the fuel-system flow path.
The JBtuned Full Tucked Fuel System provides complete feed and return plumbing from the fuel tank to the engine and back, allowing the fuel system to be configured around the needs of a modified B-Series combination rather than the limitations of the original chassis fuel lines.
This makes it a strong choice for:
- Turbocharged B-Series builds
- Higher-horsepower street cars
- Track and competition vehicles
- B16, B18, and B20 performance builds
- LS/VTEC and B20/VTEC combinations
- Customers upgrading beyond the factory Honda fuel lines
- Clean or tucked engine-bay builds that also require a complete performance fuel system
Vehicle & Engine Compatibility
Designed for B-Series-powered applications including:
- 1992-1995 Honda Civic EG
- 1996-2000 Honda Civic EK
- 1994-2001 Acura Integra DC
Common engine combinations include:
- B16
- B18
- B20
- LS/VTEC
- B20/VTEC
- Other compatible Honda B-Series combinations
Choose the Correct Fuel-Line Material
This system is available with two different hose constructions. Choose the version that matches the fuel you plan to use.
250 Series Rubber Hose – Pump Gasoline
Our 250 Series configuration uses standard rubber-core braided AN fuel hose and is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
Choose the 250 Series version when the vehicle will remain on pump gasoline and ethanol-fuel compatibility is not required.
350 Series PTFE Hose – Gasoline / E85 Compatible
Our 350 Series configuration uses PTFE fuel hose and is compatible with conventional pump gasoline as well as E85 and ethanol-based fuels.
Choosing PTFE does not mean you have to run E85. PTFE simply provides broader fuel compatibility.
Also remember that E85-compatible fuel lines do not automatically make a vehicle flex fuel. True flex-fuel capability requires a flex-fuel sensor along with compatible electronics and tuning.
Not sure which option you need? Read our guide to E85, PTFE fuel lines, and flex-fuel systems.
Feed & Return Line Options
The system is available with either a 6AN or 8AN feed line, depending on the fuel-system requirements of your build.
The return line remains 6AN in either configuration.
Your feed-line selection should be matched to the rest of the fuel system, including the fuel pump, hanger configuration, fuel rail, regulator, and overall power goals.
Large High-Flow Fuel Filter
The Full Tucked Fuel System uses the larger JBtuned/e85Freaks high-flow inline fuel filter found in our complete performance fuel-system packages.
This larger-body filter uses a 6-micron stainless-steel filter element and is designed for the increased fuel-system demands associated with performance applications.
The filter is incorporated into the complete JBtuned system so the customer receives a matched fuel-line and filtration package rather than having to determine the appropriate components separately.
Engineered Tucked Layout
This system retains the clean engine-bay routing of the JBtuned B-Series tuck configuration while extending the fuel system all the way back to the tank.
JBtuned configures the line assemblies, connections, and routing for the selected chassis and fuel-system options so you do not have to piece together a complete AN fuel system from individual components.
The complete hose assemblies are supplied ready for installation.
Fuel Rail Compatibility
The system can be configured for compatible OEM and aftermarket Honda B-Series fuel rails.
Select the fuel rail installed on your engine when ordering so JBtuned can configure the system for the appropriate rail connection.
If your fuel rail is not listed, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Fuel Pressure Regulator Compatibility
Fuel pressure regulator requirements depend on the fuel-line configuration you select.
250 Series Rubber-Hose Configuration
The standard 250 Series configuration can support compatible OEM-style and aftermarket rail-mounted fuel pressure regulator arrangements.
350 Series PTFE Configuration
The 350 Series PTFE configuration requires a fuel pressure regulator with an appropriate AN-style return connection.
The factory Honda fuel rail itself may still be retained, but the OEM regulator's hose-barb return connection is not appropriate for the PTFE return-line configuration.
Customers retaining an OEM-compatible Honda fuel rail can pair the system with an AEM Honda / Acura Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator for an AN-compatible regulator connection.
Rail-to-Regulator Connection
Depending on the fuel rail and regulator combination used on the vehicle, an additional rail-to-regulator connection may be required.
Use the Rail to Regulator Fitting option when ordering so the system can be configured for your selected components.
If you are unsure which option applies to your rail and regulator combination, contact JBtuned before ordering.
Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade
The Full Tucked Fuel System is designed to integrate with the JBtuned Civic / Integra OEM Fuel Pump Hanger Upgrade Kit .
The hanger upgrade allows the factory Honda sending unit to be modified for use with the larger AN fuel system and upgraded fuel-pump configurations.
When selecting the hanger upgrade, choose the fuel pump being used so JBtuned can supply the appropriate configuration.
If your vehicle does not already have a properly modified fuel-pump hanger, adding the JBtuned hanger upgrade is strongly recommended.
Need a Fuel Pump?
A complete performance fuel system should be matched to a fuel pump capable of supporting the requirements of the engine.
JBtuned offers compatible fuel pumps for a range of B-Series performance applications.
Under-Car Fuel-Line Mounting
Properly securing the new feed and return lines underneath the vehicle is an important part of installing a complete fuel system.
For a clean and secure installation, we recommend the JBtuned Fuel & Brake Line Holder Brackets .
The brackets are available in configurations designed around the different hose sizes and materials used with JBtuned fuel systems.

Want Flex-Fuel Sensor Integration?
The JBtuned B-Series Full Tucked Fuel System is a complete performance fuel system, but it is not specifically configured around a flex-fuel sensor.
Choosing the 350 Series PTFE option makes this system compatible with E85, but E85 compatibility and flex-fuel capability are not the same thing.
If you specifically want a complete fuel system with the plumbing and layout configured around flex-fuel sensor integration, choose the JBtuned B-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System .
Both systems are designed for performance-oriented builds and can be used with conventional pump gasoline.
The Full Tucked Fuel System can also be used with E85 when the 350 Series PTFE configuration is selected.
The main difference is that the dedicated Flex-Fuel System uses a fuel-line layout specifically configured around integrating a flex-fuel sensor.
