Product Description
EG / EK Civic, DC Integra & Del Sol D-Series OEM Filter-to-Rail Fuel Line (Level 1)
The JBtuned Level 1 D-Series Fuel Line upgrades the engine-bay fuel-feed connection between the OEM Honda firewall-mounted fuel filter and the D-Series fuel rail while retaining the vehicle's factory chassis fuel plumbing and existing return-side system.
It provides a straightforward way to replace an aging factory-style feed connection, add a cleaner AN-style fuel line or connect a compatible aftermarket D-Series fuel rail without replacing the rest of the fuel system.
This is Level 1 in the JBtuned D-Series fuel-system lineup: “I just need the feed line.”

What Comes With the Level 1 Fuel Line
- Pre-assembled JBtuned D-Series filter-to-rail fuel-feed line
- Connection components for the OEM Honda firewall-mounted fuel filter
- Fuel-rail connection components for the selected configuration
- Required connection hardware for the configured fuel line
Exact connection components vary depending on the fuel rail selected when ordering.
The fuel rail and OEM firewall fuel filter are not included.
What Level 1 Changes
Level 1 replaces only the engine-bay fuel-feed connection between the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and the D-Series fuel rail.
The factory chassis fuel supply remains in place, the OEM firewall filter remains in service and the existing return-side plumbing continues to operate as before.
This keeps the original D-Series fuel-system architecture intact while upgrading only the section of fuel plumbing that needs to change.
Retains the OEM Honda Firewall Fuel Filter
Level 1 is designed around the factory firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter.
The existing chassis fuel line continues to supply the OEM filter, and the JBtuned fuel line connects the filter outlet to the selected D-Series fuel rail.
If you want to remove the OEM firewall filter entirely and replace it with a compact inline filter, the Level 3 Fuel Line Tuck Kit is the more appropriate configuration.
OEM or Aftermarket D-Series Fuel Rail
The JBtuned D-Series Level 1 Fuel Line can be configured for the factory Honda D-Series fuel rail or compatible aftermarket D-Series fuel rails.
Select the fuel rail installed on the engine when ordering so JBtuned can provide the appropriate rail-side connection.
Different fuel rails use different port and connection arrangements. If your fuel rail is not represented in the available options, contact JBtuned before ordering.
250 Series - Pump Gasoline
The D-Series Level 1 Fuel Line uses JBtuned 250 Series rubber-core braided fuel hose.
JBtuned 250 Series hose is intended for conventional pump gasoline.
250 Series hose is not intended for continuous or full-time E85 use.
If the vehicle is being built for continuous E85, ethanol-based fuels or another application requiring broader long-term fuel compatibility, choose an appropriate JBtuned fuel system using 350 Series PTFE hose.

Want to Replace the Factory Chassis Feed Line Too?
Level 1 normally retains the original chassis fuel-feed line running from the fuel tank to the OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter.
On an older Civic, Del Sol or applicable Integra, that original chassis line may be corroded, damaged or something you simply want to replace while keeping the OEM firewall filter.
For those applications, JBtuned offers the JBtuned Tank-to-OEM-Filter 6AN Fuel Line.
This replaces the chassis-side fuel feed while retaining the OEM firewall filter and Level 1 filter-to-rail arrangement.
The existing return-side system remains in place.
Want a Cleaner Tucked Fuel System?
If you want to remove the large OEM firewall-mounted fuel filter and upgrade the engine-bay feed and return plumbing together, move to the JBtuned D-Series Fuel Line Tuck Kit with Inline Filter (Level 3).
Level 3 retains the factory chassis feed and return hard lines while replacing the OEM firewall filter with a compact inline filter and using dedicated engine-bay feed-and-return plumbing.
Want to Expand the Fuel System Later?
A compatible Level 3 D-Series fuel system can later be expanded from the engine-bay connection points back to the fuel tank.
The JBtuned EG/EK Civic & DC Integra Fuel System Expansion Kit - 6AN Feed & Return replaces the remaining compatible factory chassis feed and return plumbing while allowing the existing JBtuned engine-bay system to remain in place.
Adding the Expansion Kit to a compatible Level 3 system results in the complete tank-to-engine-and-back architecture of a Level 4 fuel system.
Need a Complete D-Series Fuel System?
If you already know that you want to replace the factory chassis fuel plumbing rather than upgrade the vehicle in stages, start with the JBtuned D-Series Full Tucked Fuel System (Level 4).
Level 4 replaces the factory chassis feed and return plumbing from the fuel tank to the engine and back.
The standard Level 4 system can be configured with JBtuned 250 Series hose for conventional pump gasoline or 350 Series PTFE for pump gasoline, E85 / ethanol and compatible race fuels.
Want Flex-Fuel Sensor Integration?
For a complete Level 4 fuel system specifically configured around ethanol-content-sensor installation, see the JBtuned D-Series Complete Flex-Fuel System (Level 4).
The Flex-Fuel version uses 350 Series PTFE plumbing and is configured around compatible ethanol-content-sensor integration.
E85-compatible fuel plumbing and sensor-based flex-fuel engine management are separate considerations. Sensor wiring, compatible engine management, ECU configuration and tuning are separate from the fuel-line plumbing itself.

Installation Notes
- This product replaces the engine-bay fuel-feed connection between the OEM firewall-mounted Honda fuel filter and the D-Series fuel rail.
- The OEM firewall fuel filter remains in service.
- The factory chassis fuel plumbing and existing return-side system remain in use.
- Inspect the existing fuel filter, chassis fuel lines, fuel rail, regulator and surrounding components before installation.
- Older Honda fuel-system components showing corrosion, deterioration, leakage or other damage should be replaced rather than reused.
- Route the fuel line away from exhaust components, sharp edges, moving components and other potential heat or abrasion sources.
- After installation, pressurize the fuel system and carefully inspect every connection for leaks before starting or operating the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with AN fuel plumbing or modified Honda fuel systems.
For off-road use only.
